there are a couple of interesting things I see..

1. Import.
2. re-seller but not grower option..ie middleman work..

I suggest you get a lawyer to interpret :) Hate to make an assumption that bites you in the ass based on some advise on the interweb..lol

ARE THERE any changes in this from June 11th? Health Canada had sent out emails to people if you had requested them early sometime last week.

that is a crazy read, had to roll another to digest the bullshit, lol
this stands out for some reason..

21.
The following persons are eligible to apply for
a producer’s licence:
(a) an adult who ordinarily resides in Canada; and
(b) a corporation that has its head office in Canada
or operates a branch office in Canada and whose
officers and directors are all adults.

gee I wonder who will get the magic tickets?

emphasis added by me

you have to notify the city, police and fire dept and submit proof of that notice to hc with your application

asides that everything is just more in detail!

this is looking nice

Question:
Is there a limit to how many production licences Health Canada will issue under the Marihuana for Medical Purposes Regulations (MMPR)?

Answer:
No. Health Canada will not impose a limit on the number of production licences.

For you worried folk.

The new document that patients and the Doctor need to complete to be authorized to use marihuana.

PDF warning:
Medical Document
http://www.hc-sc.gc.ca/dhp-mps/alt_formats/pdf/marihuana/info/med-eng.pdf

I'd wager that this will be the tipping point to a California styled registration process, as in open and easy access, equating to a million authorized patients within a few years time.

That's the sound of the current 30,000 PUPL and DGPL holders voices being drowned out by the tidal wave of newly authorized users. The courts will hopefully allow us to grow our own, but will be an interesting process.

lol....I can see issues when the total amount sold is > than the max amount x license holders.

or way the other way... :)

All I know is if I have to buy my meds and I find a single hair in there....I'm SUING.

Kinda curious how the companies will protect themselves legally when it comes to this sort of issues...

Easy to spot a bad apple.....now a big bud the same size...not so easy til it gets broken down..

Bring on the ambulance chasers..lol

Or perhaps small claims court...pain and suffering...

Nothing worse than the smell of human hair burning....bleh....

Never mind smoking a bit accidentally....

If you think that type of thing wont be happening your a fool.Gentlemen, ready your lawyers

Being that I am far from a fool I will attest that I have much more important things to do day to day then to worry aboot a friggin hair found in some weed, seriously there are so many other important facets to everyone's day to day lives then something so trivial and honestly if worrying aboot a hair is a concern then someone needs a hobby.....maybe gardening

have a good day, hope no offense was taken

lol...
Sorry dude, I can gut a deer, but the smell/taste of burning hair will make me toss a whole joint to the ground..

and I have plenty of hobbies...especially gardening :)

To put it another way, would you be happy with a fly on your steak when ordering from a restaurant.

Same reason why the thought of actual "finger" hash makes me gag.....yummy...resin and skin mixed all into one :) I know guys who trim without gloves, simply to get the extra bit of "finger"..

I wouldnt be surprised if LP's will require registered clients to sign liability waivers for such issues.

Who is to say that the hair was not added after the client opened their packaging?

The GPP of the regulations along with a competent QA manager will hopefully ensure such issues are very rare. I highly doubt any serious operation will allow exposed hair in any of their facilities let alone animals and exposed pubic and ass regions like we know is not to uncommon in the unregulated arena.

would you be happy with a fly on your steak when ordering from a restaurant.
haha
good one
as a person who knows aboot the food industry and big Ag/CAFO's/factory farms, the CFIA works and is run etc, etc I can honestly say that I do not need subject myself to eating in a restaurant nor does the fact that food costs for restaurants in relation to the price charged to the customer is tantamount to robbery and if I enjoy being robbed I'll just interact with the government.
:blowbubbles:

also living in central BC and spending a great deal of time in the bush, what would your steak be without extra flies?
:woohoo:

I know guys who trim without gloves, simply to get the extra bit of "finger"..
extra bit of finger, LMAO
that is awesome

sorry to go off topic but I am a guy with a small show (4x600w) and I have loved finger and scissor hash since I was a teenager, when it is time to crop off it is one of those things I look forward too, it's a bonus to me.

That being said when its time for the girls to come down like they did yesterday (vid on my intro thread)
I always sanitize my hands before I start and when its time to roll off the finger hash I do so as gently as possible as to not get any 'extra finger' (still LOL'ing at that one).

Seriously, i yaked after buddy gave me some really tasty shortbread cookies....then told me his extra "punch" was a couple grams of finger hash added to the butter.

I have no problem slaughtering my animals, hunt and process a deer, buy my beef by the side...grass fed....and done in a private butcher where I have toured and was truly impressed.

BUT
I scrape my scissors clean after every 2nd bud with a razor blade and collect a very nice amount of "scissor" hash....this I love...when trimming

I used to smoke finger has in my youth...didnt bother me...just one day I thought about the "extra finger"......bleh.

Kinda like sharing a joint.....Do you share your ciggie if you smoke...probably not...but joints seem to be something different for some reason.
