Y'all gotta try out some food at local co ops I can get a sandwich with organic all natural ingriedents for around 7-8 bucks. The "food" at an average fast food chain like wendys, mcds, bk, etc. is fucking disgusting and you pay just as much if not more than food 100x its quality, why people love it so much I'll never understand. You get absolutely nothing beneficial from that shit, unless mud butt and gut rot are beneficial.

Anyways those burgers and fries look delicious! and at a great price.

This soup you made sounds absolutely wonderful. I did a bit of research on it, and looked at many recipies. I went to the store after deciding to make it. No Pumpkins at the store!

I have to do a substitution. I will make soup tomorrow, and use Butternut squash, Sweet Potato, and an Irish potato. Organic natural chicken breast, and I may or may not make fresh parsley dumplings, although I already plan on adding Mung bean sprouts. I have orange Habeneros to go in it too. This will be a great Fathers day meal!

I bought the pumpkin at the market, but what they also add is yellow yam which i forgot and what hard is to find is bread fruit, which they also normally add.I did not use this

because of the ingredient monosodium glutamate which gives me stomach problems but instead celtic sea salt and veggie broth without MSG.
Other seasoning to add is Piment, dry Thyme and off course red pepper.I bought a bag of Habanero's earlier this week.Normally they only have Surinam pepper Madame Jeanette.I fried the chicken thighs first in Rice Bran oil, before i add water to it.

Todays meal

Todays meal

I started off with organic, natural chicken breast in buttermilk over night. then into egg wash and then to seasoned flour and deep fry. Served with Ranch dressing blended with Habenero Adobo

Next comes the salad. An organic spring mix. heirloom tomato, Avacado, celery, Radish in a special vinigrette.
Fresh squeezed Meyers lemon Juice, Basalmic, cider vinigar, EVO, Garlic,, Fresh Cracked pepper, Fresh lemon Thyme, Special wildflower honey

And what have we here?

Caribbean Chicken Pumpkin soup....
And yes I did make some spinners. Theere are parsley Thyme dumplings in there.

I also threw in sweet corn and organic carrots. The Habanero peppers gave it a nice spice, the organic Coconut milk made it rich. I squeezed a couple small limes in to give it some acid and tang. Very Nice!

Because Stonecold said so!

Because Stonecold said so!

Ah, yes! Summer at NV's house... Waiting on the tomatoes to get going and making use of an abundant resource... Craws, new red taters, boiling onions, garlic, white corn, Sierra Nevada Summerfest and an Opus X to finish the deal. Life is good...

Little trip, to the city of Bremen. Found "Captain Sushi" again after 12 years.
OK, (dried) yellyfishsalad sounds interesting  but I prefer a spicy soup with seafood.

After it, a little bit of sushi.

SOME REAL FOODIES ON THIS THREAD, oops caps...Always makes me seriously hungry... munchies.

Think I'm going to make a frittata with red peppers, onions pre boiled slices spuds with some grilled asparagus and organic free range eggs ta boot, with a side of a simple green leafed salad and vinaigrette.

Near my local we have a large Pakistani community and at this time of year you can pick up HONEY mangoes and fuck they are some of the best mangoes you'll ever going to taste. You probably wont find them in the supermarket but if your lucky enough to have them in area you should pick some up..

Dr Pupur and the German, you cook some mean looking food.. would love to try!!

Peace

Hello Green81,:tiphat:
I have to say that all meals are cooked by my wife and the last days, we eat out often, because we´ve got holidays and my wife should not cook so often. OK, in a few minutes she makes spaghetti bolognese .

Thank you for your comment!
