As you can see cuts may have difficulty if not hardened first. I would put a bag or something over them. Peace GS

This reaction has to do with heat and humidity issues from change of environment. Give them a good mist at the end of the day. I mist immediately even if its hot out when I see that reaction. The shade from the sheet should help.

Good example of why to always harden clones off first. I start with about 20 mins for a couple of days then an hour then a few hours. I tired if possible to always plant out on cloud/rainy days. Try to keep them shaded and mist often till you see them come around. Also lots of water around the roots. They should come back if you can keep them mostly alive. They will have slower growth for a few weeks till they come back. Good Luck.

I ran into this with one of my clones, made the mistake of leaving it in the direct sun while cleaning the room out.
If you can find a large Zip Loc or clear plastic type bag/container. Put it over the plant for additional humidity and no more sun tanning for a bit :watchplant: and make sure some air can get up into the plant too. I'm sure she'll recover either way man.
Good Luck!

Just to update they all died.

But I managed to have 1 skywalker left I had in my closet.

She seems to be doing well.

No good! Now you have learned a hard lesson. Have some replacement plants around just in case. I feel the need to ask a few more questions about your transplant method and, lighting used prior to going outsied, and feeding schedule. There may have been more at play here than sun damage.

Right now I am growing a few plants called "maneater" under a 150 hps.

They were under 4 23 watt and 1 26 watt CFL's for 2 weeks. I had them under two days of shade and two days under morning sun (6-11) prior to transplanting them. I also fed them once, 4 days prior with a half solution of pure blend pro vegetative formula.

By "They" I meant the clones.

They were also on for 14 and a half hours.

Hi there! Sorry to hear about your clones, at least you have learnt for next time right!.

Would you please explain what you mean by "They were also on for 14 and a half hours."

:thank you:

Aww sorry to hear about the clones.
I've read that either 24 hours of light, 20 hours or 18 is best until flower time?
Then there are auto flowers that only require 12/12 from the get go.
Any ways, I know keeping your light schedule consistent is always favorable in all phases.
Good luck and lots of good reads here!

Well they were going outdoors and I was trying to match them up with the light schedule outdoors.

They were on 18/6 for the first 4 days or so then I put them on 14.5/9.5

What kind of soil did you plant them in. Two things I feel the need to mention.

When growing outdoors, the plants light cycle should not be 24 hours light on...ever. If you keep your plant on 24/0 or even 20/4, you will see stunted growth and early flowering the second your plants are moved from inside to outside. 14/10 is no good either as you are not getting enough fast veg growth. Keep them on 18/6 and slowly ween them to 16/8 by around June, considering u are in the northern hemisphere.

You may want to think about upgrading to some stronger lights so the shock from the sun is not so bad. Are you sure you were watering properly?

Watering can be hard to figure out. When you transplanted the clone, did you water the center lightly or soak the whole area? The photos of the limp plants look like wilt from overwatering or transplant shock, so I'm just trying to rule out watering issues. I have a guy who works at my property, has been for the last 3 years, and he is still having issues with knowing when to water and when to let it dry out. It's hard to know what the definition of as needed is, depending on ones perception.
