Is metro thinking that the fed gov will swoop in and be more likely to shut down for profit dispensaries, stop the growing, and thus, shutting down the mmj program in Nevada? This is something they have wanted to do since we voted it into law.

Is this because the Las Vegas Metro make a big killing each time they bust a grow house? I mean, shit, they plaster it all over the TV, take the whole house and all the money. They end up with 250,000 dollars and up when they bust a grow house. Letting people grow may cut into their treasures?

Not 100% positive but i believe it takes effect 7/1/13. That's when the new patients that sign up aren't allowed to grow their own. Total crock of shit! A d a crock that I'm sure isn't constitutional. It will take a newly signed up patient to bring a lawsuit at that point because they would be the one effected.

I thought until D's were open in your county you could grow. What is the new patient supposed to do on July 2, medicate whit Metro's good intentions?

Lol, not really sure HS. Like I said, a crock of shit. Don't know if there is a txt of the bill that can be posted yet or not. I do know that the bill said that patients registered after 7/1/13 can't grow. Seems like quite the quagmire.

But still better to collect their money and the make it ILLEGAL for them to access the plant, because now it is illegal for them to grow, and illegal to buy from the street, illegal for another med patient to sell it to them......

Conflicting language in a law has voided many a bad idea. I would really like to see the txt off the law and read every section. Unequal treatment of a breast cancer patient on 7/2/13 compared to a patient a 6/29/13 patient is unethical and unconstitutional.....

Looks like new patients are totally fucked and unable to grow their own if they come into the program after 7/1/13. But the state will still be glad to take your money to register. So what is a new patient to do?
