The OG Kush x UK Cheese room is loving the Jack's. Just built my second feed tank, dropping the Epsom from 30 grams for a 30 gallon res, to 25 to see how they do. They aren't USD, so may not need as much mag.
They are all 22-24" tall right now, and stretch is winding down. If they finish at 30" I will be ok, but 36" would be ideal for single bulbs. If my RH was higher, and we didn't get a cold spell last week, they would be at 30" by now I imagine.

I really love the structure of these plants. Nice laterals coming off laterals, which tells me I can strip some of those fans when enough leaves form on these laterals.

I was one short, so there is a lone Straw DD in there. The structure is surprisingly similar.

Flower set is starting at around 10 days.

dude you and FF with your 4 plant a light vert setups. i love it. something i need to work towards for when big time expansion mode kicks in.

would you consider this setup a commercially viable system? or can ya see 25+ lights setup this way getting sort of complicated and inconsistent?

If I had enough space to do that many lights I would do the same setup. 3x the canopy in vert...
I would give myself enough room to get behind all the plants except the ones on the walls. As long as you are mono cropping it is very manageable. In the smaller rooms I have to take a few plants out of the room to get to the rest, but in the larger rooms it will be easy to get behind each plant to keep the canopy managed.
I find that you really only need to do a heavy training after stretch, then it's just every once in a while as some tops get too close to the light.
The room that is about to get loaded with Blue Dream will look much different than the OG Cheese room since it will have nearly a 3' walk space between the 16 plants with 4800w.

It's 8x11, and yeah 4 double stacks of 600s.
I think Lazyman was doing production donuts, not sure if he still is, but it looked more cramped than I would have liked.

Do you know the size of the room you will be expanding into, and what size bulbs?
My footprint per stack is 4x4 ideally, but I am working with 3.5x3.5 and its doable. If going with 600s, I would shoot for 5x5 each to allow you to get between them.

Do you use the max soluable rates listed on the package? Have you already calculated the max amount per gallon?

Been absent for a while, but yes, you can follow the package soluablity I went a tad under. The calnit will dissolve really easy. The base might take a couple hours to a day to dissolve fully.

I see your mixing by weights now, but if you mix by ec then the fact many of the salts are hygroscopic will never skew your ratios. Plus if you make stock solutions it's as easy as pouring some into your res until you hit your target ec.

So far I have been weighing out each tank in mason jars with warm water. All the plants have responded well, so for now I think I am going to leave what isn't broken alone for once. I wish the truncheon was more precise, or I might try concentrated solutions. Maybe it's time to try the continuous meters again.
I have a 4lb bucket of their classic bloom booster, but still researching how best to use it.

Dry weight for the 7 Chem Sis. Ended up with just over 36 ounces, slightly less than my goal of 6 per, and if I pruned better I am sure I could have broke 40oz. Either way I am happy, and I still have to weigh out the USD, which should be dry in the next day or so. There should be between 5-6 oz off that one plant.

USD taken at 71 days, and tapered/flushed for almost 10 days.

The OG Kush x UK Cheese are looking awesome at 20 days in. Stretch is winding down, and I will be doing some light pruning and dropping the lights 6". My RH has gotten better, and hasn't dipped below 40% in the last week, with stretch almost over, I am happy where it's at for the rest of the cycle. It is said that this cut is a heavy yielder, as well as testing at 25.7% combined THC, so I am excited to have this as one of my standard cash crops. For a couple of rooms, I want to run the same strain continuously. So far I will be running the Straw DD, and the OG Cheese (pending yield).

My closet of monster USD has finally stopped stretching! By far, the largest plants I have grown in my 2 years experience.
Pulled half of them out yesterday to train and prune, and the last half of them this morning.
I also brought the lights closer together, and raised them as high as possible. Before I load my next room Monday, I will be doing some tests with a light meter to find the optimal distance between lights.
I accidentally drained 30 gallons of freshly made X-Nutrients last week, and didn't have enough of one of the parts to make another one, so I switched them to Jack's, and they haven't skipped a beat. With the balanced ratios, I am curious to see if they yellow early like before, or if they stay green longer as reported with other strains and Jack's. We'll see in a couple weeks...

Had 10 yards of topsoil dropped off for the vegetable garden, and took the opportunity to transplant a few more if my outdoor crop. Most are in 25 gal smart pots, with a few in 30s.
I still need to up pot about 9 more tomorrow, and give them a good feeding. The plants that have the amended soil at the bottom are looking amazing. The Forum Cut and my Cherry Pie are blowing me away.

Cherry Pie looking like a completely different plant! I will be pulling down the tops to get her to bush out more, right now she is growing straight up to the sun.

The Forum Cut looks nothing like when I ran her indoors in coco. Has me wanting to do an amended soil run in one of my rooms soon.

I will be installing cameras, and the landlord is going to cover some new security fencing.

Phone uploaded duplicate photos it looks like, and can't edit.
Here is the other half of the outdoor plants.

I don't anticipate another update until next weekend. Have a very busy weekend gardening, and will be putting my Blue Dream into flower. As all my rooms come online, I will likely just do weekly updates until the interest is no longer there.

Thanks Freds, busy is an understatement lol!
I am very thankful for my girl, without her I would be even more exhausted :)
I just need one more busy week, and hopefully should be able to relax a little haha.

Just weighed in the single USD that was in the room with the 7 Chem Sis. 7.4 oz! If I didn't have to decapitate the largest bud due to rot, could have hit 8 zips :)
What excites me about that yield, is my closet has 8 monsters that should yield at least as much if not more...

Adding the USD weight brings me to .65 gpw. Not too shabby, and I know I can do better...
