SB 374 Will prevent Nevadans from growing their own!

Ya know, they are allowing each county to decide if they will allow a dispensary or not. think 1 will fly in Pahrump? I don't think there will be enough patients over da hump to make the monetary outlay worth the investment. I mean shit, think someone would dump 1/2 a mill to service 50 patients if that?
Nope:moon: Might be time to quietly move over the hill.

So if your county has a whore house don't hold your breath for a dispensary, but if there aren't whore houses get ready for the TICK weed?????????

:joint:

Think I'm gonna get some one to find me 2 different strains of Mexi brick weed. then breed them together and find a female clone only. Since I'm sure the potency will be way the hell up there, somewhere around 2-3% thc, I'll name it Ticks 374 weed!! I'm sure it'll blow your fuckin mind, lol

This one time sale to dispensaries would be a good time to unload some hermie prone veggies and shitty young autoflowers one may unfortunately acquire for such purposes. oooops, sorry dispensary..
And if they refuse our cuts, well there's another waiver.

Won't happen That wecan group is full on supportive of the dispensaries and will give them every clone they have. I say that based on the cheer leading they were doing at the hearing Saturday.

Ya but, the dispensary needs to purchase my special shitty cut of hermie / autoflower Tickweek 374, made especially for me, by me, or I get a strain waiver.

I do take your point about the gov't teat sucking wecan. Hope they enjoy their Tickweed.

call the governors office and tell them not to sign this bill. It treats patients, the sick, disabled, and dying as cash cows. I don't pay a 2% excise tax, a 10.00 transaction fee, nor state tax on prescriptions I get at walgreens.
Taking away growers rights, wheither it's for new patients or in 2 years, according to the states constitution is illegal. Just because it's in a bill doesn't make it legal
This is the last shot there is.
Here's the number-775-684-5670

I've heard that he must veto it (and has 10 days to do it) for it not to go through, and that whether he signs it or not doesnt matter, it will become law at this point unless he vetos it.

He won't veto it... so now that we know our future when it comes to home cultivation. We need a law expert to read between the lines and really fill us in on the available loop holes. As in the strain question for instance. The fact is in 2016 most of us will still be growing and unless we get full legalization or the state passes a new bill or amends it further. Bottom line this is our reality now... now its time to figure out ways around it!

Will talk to a lawyer sometime this month, so as soon as I find something out I will report. Overall, considering what we were against I am semi OK with the outcome. We could've gotten completely screwed. But we probably have some work to do during the next legislative season again.

Carlton, Maggie and Horne, William* changed their votes to yea.
Procedural maneuver to get enough votes for the bills they wanted passed but didn't have votes for. Not only are we cash cows for the state, we are something for legislators to play with for their own purposes.

There is ab374 thats signed effective 7/1/13 so maybe you seen that one, but in reality its all same. Just matter of time and it will be signed if not signed yet. I can bet everything I have he is not vetoing it.

Anteah-I was looking at the wrong bill. It was AB 374 that was passed. SB 374 is still in the process of getting to the governor. MY bad, lol
