Let's start a collective patient cultivation establishment where 50 of us each kick in $5k to meet the $250k cultivation establishment requirement. For that we get free meds for life and the collective sells our excess to the dispensaries to cover operating costs.

Well 3rd reprint still has the grandfathering thing and a strain thing.. so should be good for a time being. Still dont get how is 'strain' issue will be enforced. Who will check the strain .. and how?..lol seems far fetched and vague as hell. Someone would have to genetically test all your plants against all plants in all dispensaries on a continued basis to make sure you qualify for this exemption? ;).. its not sustainable!

Better than the strain exemption is the 25 mile exemption. It reads if no disp was open at the time a patient "first applied". Not renewed it says first applied. Anyone currently holding a card technically first applied while no disps were open therefore we are all exempt unlees you let your card expire in which case you would have to "re-apply" applications and renewals are 2 different animals. They have different requirements and cost different ammounts of money.

Hmm... i read first applied as literally FIRST applied. No applied for the second time after your card is expired. Maybe i am wrong, but i live 15 minutes away from strip so good chances are I cant use this one. People in more rural areas i am sure will be more lucky with this one. I say we work on full legalization ballot for 2014!!..lol

The bill specifically makes "growing more than twelve plants a crime;" so are they implying that (wink wink) 1 - 12 plants is always going to be below the radar, so no biggie? I mean, I wouldn't lay awake at night worrying with say six plants and a waiver (or two) with a maximum misdemeanor hanging over my head. Just like now when I (hopefully) harvest more than one ounce off of three mature plants. There's always going to be bullshit in some way or other, huh?

LOL. I have a jar full of strains dispensaries won't have. I can def cover that requirement and any genetic testing they want to do will prove they don't have it.

Anyone that goes down and either gives or does a 1 time sale of plants to dispensaries deserves to have their growing privileges revoked.

I require all of my meds to be grown using my own home brewed Veganic composted nutrients. Since I am a vegan, Chemical and Organic animal by-product nute grown products give me a headache and nausea. It's in my medical chart. I'm sure you all have become accustom to your own unique growing practices that can't be accomodated by large scale, commercial growers.
Luckily this bill is full of waiver holes and no penalties for growing 1 - 12 plants. I plan on always being grandfathered in. Fuck em.

Yes I agree. Once this passes I am going to have to call a lawyer and have a good sit down with him to see how the loopholes can be used.

My blood level of thc is always above 5ng/ml; therefore I can not legally drive to a dispensary.
If they start a delivery service, I need a fresh gram per day of three different veganically grown strains from the farthest dispensary in my zone. If they have it.
I'd be such a pain in the ass, they'd be begging me to grow my own.

Ya know, they are allowing each county to decide if they will allow a dispensary or not. think 1 will fly in Pahrump? I don't think there will be enough patients over da hump to make the monetary outlay worth the investment. I mean shit, think someone would dump 1/2 a mill to service 50 patients if that?

So if your county has a whore house don't hold your breath for a dispensary, but if there aren't whore houses get ready for the TICK weed?????????
