SB 374 Will prevent Nevadans from growing their own!

So again looking at it from a glass half full perspective. When can we start growing 12 plants? Can we up our plant count this summer? Also with it being grandfathered in for damn near 3 years. It gives us all time to pound our senators and county leaders to change the law back in our favor.

Yes I know.. I wish this bill died but assuming it goes through with the mock up I'd just like to be prepared.

Sections 1 to 22, and 22.5 to 24.7, inclusive , and 25 of this act become effective upon passage and approval for the purpose of
adopting regulations and carrying out other preparatory administrative
acts, and on April 1, 2014, for all other purposes.

Looks like 12 plants and 2.5 oz is of April 1 2014.

So if signed old school jews on the list can now grow 12 plants, and have more than an oz; but new school jews can buy from any one disp per 30 day period and no more than 2.5 oz?

I know NV is an immoral place, but this level of corruption takes the cake.

Sieg heil baby, Only in Nevada. But hey, law enforcement is happy and that's what really matters according to Senator Hutchison

BTW, I'm telling MPP to go take a flying fuck too. They are just tickled this is about to become law but could care less and will never step up to actually protect patients who would want to retain the right to grow their own. Bunch of hide behind their desk vagina's!!

I'm thinking about 2 plants hevily scrogged per 4 x 8 table. BIG ASS PLANTS under 10 foot ceilings with 2k of light per table. . How much you think I could pump out with that setup with 3 or 4 tables over the next 3 years?

Page 24 line 32 of the new amendment..........
(d) No medical marijuana dispensary was operating within 25 miles of the 32 residence of the person who holds the registry identification card at the time the 33 person first applied for his or her registry identification card.

Sounds like permanent grow rights to anyone currently holding a catd. Or am I stretching here

"Think I'll go with this part of it cause I KNOW they won't have what I'm using....

All the medical marijuana dispensaries in the county of residence of the person who holds the registry identification card or his or her primary caregiver, if any, close or are unable to supply the quantity or STRAIN of marijuana necessary for the medical use of the person to treat his or her specific medical condition"

It looks like nrs 453a.310 is still in tact? That's the affirmative deense potion that in part state this-
I don't see anywhere in the current bill that list changes to it.

(3) Possesses, delivers or produces marijuana only in the amount described in paragraph (b) of subsection 3 of NRS 453A.200 or in excess of that amount if the person proves by a preponderance of the evidence that the greater amount is medically necessary as determined by the person’s attending physician to mitigate the symptoms or effects of the person’s chronic or debilitating medical condition; or

e of marijuana.
112 Sections 22 and 22.3 of this bill increase the amounts of marijuana, edible marijuana 113 products and marijuana-infused products that may be possessed collectively by a 114 registry identification cardholder and his or her designated primary caregiver, if any. 115 The increased amounts are derived, in substantial part, from the limits established by 116 the State of Arizona. Sections 22 and 22.3 also provide a 2-year period, beginning on

Assembly Amendment No. 961 to Senate Bill No. 374 Second Reprint Page 5

118 to engage in the medical use of marijuana and who were cultivating, growing or April 1, 2014, and ending on March 31, 2016, during which persons who are authorized
119 producing marijuana on or before July 1, 2013, are “grandfathered” to continue such 120 activity until March 31, 2016. On and after April 1, 2016, self-cultivation, self-growing 121 and self-production is prohibited unless the person engaging in such activity qualifies for 122 one of the compassionate exceptions from the prohibition, including illness that 123 precludes travel to a medical marijuana dispensary, and the lack of a medical marijuana 124 dispensary within 25 miles of the person’s residence.
125 Section 22.4 of this bill stipulates that a registry identification card must indicate

It appers tue general grandfathering sunsets but if you meet one of the 2 "compassionate exemptions" like the 2 resin and I just posted it seems you are good to go.

The assembly speaker said, "failed!!" But then a motion was carried to "place sb374 on the desk." And the bill page shows it passed. 28 / 14 = 2/3 majority. Why'd the bitch say "failed."
