exceptional colors there. This looks sort of like the purple pheno of Cannabiogen Chitral Kush, but with a heavier sativa lean. New fan.

I am really interested in his Sugarpunch which gets insane reviews, and since this one was not available I found his Silverfields.

Silverfields to me seems like the ultimate KF cross, looking forward to this one. Its his Super Silver Haze x Killing Fields should be DANK!

in light of the new ICMAG policy i would like to discuss this strain...

this strain is one that i have been interested in since discovering it...

a nice old time purple urkle x killing fields or a pck x killing fields sounds killer to me... maybe a m99 x kf...

anyone have any pics or pics of mixes with killing fields...

I have a couple Silverfields gals finishing up (SSH X Killing Fields). Can't comment yet on the high but they've been a pleasure to grow.

A little more Selene and Chocolate Rain

A little more Selene and Chocolate Rain

A couple more pics of Selene. I only ran her once and I started the Selenes about 1 week behind the Chocolate Rain (in the last pic) and a Herijuana cross. She had a nice yield considering the short veg time and only finished in a two gal bucket. Longer veg and 5 gal buckets to finish and she should give you a good amount of tasty smoke.

Here's what I found recently out of some feminized KF... by far the best pheno yet. Tastes like purple chocolate, with a nice mellow, clear headed buzz that has legs... much love KF fans! SL

I´ve popped 13 regs that supplied me with one purple pheno, which I was looking for.
The last seed made me this beauty. It´s very fruity in smell, and have an ok potency. My guess is 50/50 indica/sativa
The run was 10+ weeks

Nice lady Mushy! That's crazy though... 13 beans popped and one purple lady?? Every pheno I had was purple, did you grow out the F3's? Either way, that lady is beautiful :respect: SL

Thx many vStagger...yep wild thing, the last one of the 13 was the one and only purp

The seeds were bought some years ago, so some of the first batch I guess!!

I´ve mostly done sativas, and many much better then these I think...Just my thing:biggrin:

Those purple phenos -are- pretty, aren't they?
While they both (purple and green phenos) bring something to the table, I felt, the green phenos were more potent 'all-around' where as the purple phenos bring better flavor, smells, and sights to the table.
The 'greens,' to me, didn't taste, or smell as nice as the purple phenos; but they seem to be slightly more potent. Just my .02 (adjusted for inflation)

I used all the males from the F1 and F2 generations to make some crosses and incrosses, but, haven't delved TOO deeply into them yet.
I've been on hiatus for a while, but, these crosses are on the list to be looked thru more thoroughly, when time allows...

I'm still not sure if using all the males was a good idea, but, things happen, and, it is what it is.

I know there are quite a few running the fields....

let's see em!

I did a batch of fems last year. All had some color varying from pink to dark purple. They were ran outdoors. They vegged well but took forever to flower with one of the plants never even triggering and ending up being hacked down in october at 10ft tall and no buds at all. The best pheno finished late oct. and looked beautiful but lacked density and IMO potency. Nice grapey smell and taste but nothing to get worked up over. From my experience it's all about the looks of the KF as it is lacking in almost every other area. Would not grow again. Sugar punch had more vigor and the purple pheno is also very pretty. Finished up earlier outside but the buds were also not as dense as I would like and it had ZERO resistance to powdery mildew.

Yes they def are some hot chicks looking at:tumbleweed:

..smell is fruity, and taste is similar. Very smooth smoke also on this pheno on above pics!!

BUT...Yes:moon:.....Potency is bringing it all to and end for me, and why it did not get a place with the other moms!

I´ve experienced other purp genes with green phenoes, having the green ones being the most potent. I did run a extrema same time as KF, and that one also had a lack of potency.

Sry guys, just not my thing. Others might have a dif opinion...maybe I was just unlucky with the seeds..

Here´s a green. Only photo I had from the KF run couple years back. With a little nanni..
