Like I always say, "I'd cut off my finger for some real deal glue". I'm talking about the old Hashplant that was being called "Glue" in the Bay Area around 1998...anybody know what I'm talking about?

well i dont know about jorge and ed's music taste but i learned how im sure many of the older set learned by picking up the rosenthal or cervantes or mel franks book and learn the basics from there,it wasnt until i got on icmag that i started actually figuring it out...by the time i ever actually met another grower here i was more in the position of being the alleged wise elder...but no one taught me per say...

Im with ya on that one Unc. I grew up with many of my friends listening to that. it was not to my liking ...I had to suffer through many nights with that blaring
great band and all, jerry was a pretty funny guy when you talked to him (and he wasnt high...) actually a very talented artist in a number of mediums....actually like some of their studio albums...its all those bloody awful live tapes!!!!!

really what happened was at some point i had fucked up in every conceivable way and built the stupidest most ghetto ass gardens for so long i learned how to do everything wrong...once you figure out what not to do it gets easier...

the big difference now is i can almost always figure out what i did wrong and have seen just about every kind of deficiency and pH weirdness and funky water syndrome there is and know what to do or what to stop doing to correct it but with the go line its pretty much auto pilot for me now.i spend less time tending to the mj garden than the veggie garden...

That's some funny shit Unc you actually had conversations with the dude and you still have reservations.. half the folks I know would be touting that shit.. but your right after a while the live stuff gets old 70's was possibly in my opinion some of the best rock made period..but now I'm showing my age :)
