Frankenplant - The mystery cannabis plant

I am growing eighteen bagseeds, chopped down to six females. They seem to be of two different strains (at least) with seven or eleven fingers on their leaves. What is shocking is that one of the plants really stood out; it had cotyledon leaves as my index and middle fingers combined - EACH. It grew very VERY fast, stretched about 70% the initial three weeks of flowering. This mutant plant have been flowering for about four weeks, flowers looking pretty and white and RESINOUS. Now its largest fan leaves are as big as my palm, maybe bigger. I should tell you I have very large hands. I took one cutting off of it when it was in third week flowering, it rooted in a week - maybe a little less since I can't remember exactly when I took it, not more than a week though! This mutant plant is one of the eleven fingered ones, it looks like a sativa or hybrid with long skinny fingers.

Any idea of what this mutant frankenplant could be? Is it normal or did I hit a gold nugget mutant of a plant? Soon I will be able to smoke this bad boy and I hope the smoke is as good as the rest of it have been!

It's kind of mashed into the SOG so I could only take closeups and a picture of a fallen fan leaf. Here they are.

It sounds normal it just seems to be a robust vigorous specimen. Everything else youve described is a normal plant. It may seem odd that its growing quicker and has different leaves but its completely normal, variables are very common in pot.

Ok, good to hear! I am at least saving the genetics of this one on my graftomum :) I'll report back after chop and test smoke.

N def? Is it not normal to drop fans during flowering? It is crammed in tight and the lower fans don't receive any light so I more or less expect it to drop them. Please correct me here!

mine stay green till ive finished the flush mate, if they look a bit light i add a drop fish mix or the likes to green them up then carry on with bloom feeds. however if its a very bottom leaf in cramped room this is normal, i normally remove my lower foliage as she stretches.

edit, after looking closer at pic 2 the leafs look fine mate, prob just be lack of light :)

I'm growing ROLS no-till so there's no flush. I guess I could add a bit of fish or fermented alfalfa to see if it greens up. From looking at the pictures, would you reckon it is an 8wk hybrid? Since it is bagseed it'd be weird if it was 9-10wk.

Sorry whats rols mean? Its plenty green dont worry about the n.
And as for the harvest time its going to be variable. Of course its safe to assume its a quick 8 weeker but it could be something that really buds up in the 9th and 10th week, so hold off you never know.

ROLS - Real Organic Living Soil

Head over to the organics section and see what the jazz is all about!

I was planning on doing the chop with a friend and I have to tell him which weekend to make free. I might assume that I chop by the 9th week then, I can just hang them without trimming if they get too wilty I guess, and do the trimming at a later point.

oh.. i was doing that shit before i knew how to grow without realizing it. but i grew up in a rural place with tons of agriculture, it just made sense.

if you need to set a date wait a bit to decide even by the 6th week you'll get a much better idea of how quickly it'll finish, growing from seed takes a little while longer than clones in my experience. sadly growing weed doesn't care about our schedules. (like they would hurt themselves to hurry up and finish before my birthday? no and i spoil those bitches. silly rant)

So head over to the Organic Soil forums :)

Well I'm in no way in a hurry, I found that I can make shisha from dried canna leaves and smoke it in my hookah. Mmmmmm, banana flavor with chocolate milk "water". It won't get me stoned but I don't have to socialize with criminal syndicates to get me some herb!
