Just what the title asks, if you put out 100 clones and came back a week later, saw coon tracks all around, and 25 plants pulled out of their holes and dead what would you do?

Put that blue dog to work and let him have a lil coon,,, Trap that lil bastard make a hat or slippers..... But most of all watch his thumbs HAHAHA

I couldn't, had porcupines destroy a backyard crop and literally just watched them do it in the end, started by chasing them but realised they had become tame and unafraid of humans..

Do not kill animals!!! We are part of nature, and nothing in it belongs to us. Private property is just mental construction, and we may use it in society we build but we must fully respect natural law. Natural law is what persists always, even when we and our beliefs are gone. Every action causes reaction, so let your actions be good and established in natural/cosmic law. We must learn this cosmos is build upon cause and effect, and everything in it is subject of that law.

"Watch your thoughts; they become words. Watch your words; they become actions. Watch your actions; they become habit. Watch your habits; they become character. Watch your character; it becomes your destiny."

Be happy and enjoy life and let others be happy and enjoy life. :)

Racoons are pretty smart and killing them is a shitty thing to have to do . There are only a few ways I know of to stop a racoon . We had a mother racoon and her 3 babies try to live under our house . So we got a radio and turned it up full volume and she left right away. Or use a cage and this should stop them, I heard stinky socks will keep them away as well stay safe headband 707

Pretty sure a radio blasting full volume in the middle of the woods next to a patch of Cannabis would attract pests of a much worse kind than Raccons? Just saying.

Fences, again kinda draw attention to something that he's not wanting noticed.

Stinky socks might not be a bad idea, or some other kind of replant. But having seen so many Coons in trash can's or dumpsters I find it somewhat unlikely they're turned off by foul scents.

Look... One thing I'v learned growing up around wildlife, is there is always SOME other way to get rid of plant eating pests. Weither it be for a humane reason or even political. (for those who dont care or understand about the humane reasonings).. for example.. Killing an animal over some ganja is just a good way to get more bad publicity..... why dont you just get the Humane society aganst the legalization of MMJ while your at it?. If you cant see both sides and say "Mabey i should get some traps" then i believe you are of lesser intelegence then the animal you face. Chicken wire, Traps, SourStrips, Raised Enclosed Gardens, Sound repelents, motion detection water repelents are one of my favorite. The racoons just dont know nothing... give them a break. instead of a bullet to the head , how about a super soaker sized stream of water TO THE FACE! bye bye racoon!!! look if you didnt put chicken wire and some weed stopping material under your pots for protection thats another wrongo in my opinion. but its w/e you do that makes you an individual grower so do you thing. but please dont kill an animal and end up on the news with 50 dead racoons in your backyard , and a headline reading "ANIMAL ABUSE AND POT GROWING.. A CONNECTION??? NO!!! there is no connection! most of us growers respect nature and the only thing we kill are bugs :)

---- SLOAK :thank you:

The green fencing I showed everyone blends right in and no one would notice it.

Trust me,.... there are plenty that will notice it. When I walk in the woods ANYTHING that seems even slightly out of sorts catches my eye.

As a hobby since I was a youngin I've collected skulls. Not sure why, but always did,.... had over a hundred. Down to just a few special ones now.

All of them picked from the wild, be it a walk in the woods,... "Hey, whats that?" or driving 50mph down a highway and catching a glimpse of white that's out of place... and backing down the breakdown lane to a find.

Point is, if it's not supposed to be there, or something that would not normally be there, it'll get noticed...... by someone eventually.

You are a pathetic loser.

Your a fuckin loser smokey, plain and simple a fuckin loser. Gave me a bad rep and called me a douche because I kill animals? You and I, we're animals too in case you forgot to pay attention in school because you were too busy fuckin a knot hole in a tree. Just cause some of us don't do things your way don't mean we're any lesser people because we deliver our own brand of justice.

I broke a dobermans neck with my bare hands one time cause it latched onto my arm when I was walking down the road. BURN ME AT STAKE! Retaliation is the only way to solve problems.

So In my hillbilly speak FUCK YER HAT!:tiphat:

If we need to take out the local coon population to get a harvest , I say look to the bible. He gives us the plants and animals . If you can let them live then do so they do fill a niche in the wild. If not then I say try to move them before the last option.

Ya, much better ways to stop something like that. Violence is ever present, you either reject it or embrace it, and it may reflect in other aspects of your life, careful.

If one deer, raccoon or other varmint was killed for every one plant that was destroyed it would be a good thing.

Explain you logic? Or did you just say that without thinking? ;)

Just take a look at the massive increase in the deer population in the last decade alone. Deer are smaller, weaker, disease and parasite ridden shadows of their former selves.
As the deer population continues to expand their habitat steadily dwindles causing a very serious overpopulation crisis.
In some areas tens of thousands of deer are found dead each year due to Chronic Wasting Disease or other similar fates.
The massive overpopulation of ticks hosting Lyme disease which can kill humans, pets and livestock. Not to mention the burden it places on the health care system.

Lol, you make it sounds like the deer are breeding too much but in reality most of their habitats and the ecosystems they live in have been severely damaged by man and are shrinking rapidly, therefore overpopulation occurs.
At least, that's how it happens here, maybe it's different there.
Either way, is killing them all the solution? Really?
