well P what your getting is real pretty, cant complain.

unc i have desagree, they seem longer stacked and denser this round. sure its the extra light and feed. got two to chop tommorow, i have 2 eight in fans and a six in all on 3ft carbon can filters and i can still smell it outside and in the house. fuckin reeks.

liquid nute buds are going to be bigger and fuller. i just let the plant do what it can do by itself and that is what i get. if she can yield for me using water only i can only imagine what liquid fert or hydro can do.

im tellin yah,grab one of the general organics GO boxes someday and try the bloom booster a couple times,as far as i can tell they work perfectly with an organic soil mix and they arent going to kill any microlife,they are basically fermented plant extracts

i think we agree just saying it different,i think the buds will turn out like the first time only larger but same basic shape...

wait till next fall...gonna drop a glue into a 45 gallon smart pot in a 4x4 tent with a 1000w lamp all to herself...i will use a switchable ballast so i can veg it in place for a couple months and top and train it before flipping it,the goal being to see how close to 2 lbs i can get off one plant....if i can do that then i would consider getting a med card here since you only get 4 flowering plants...and im trying to set things up so i can take the summers off...2-3 crops of large plants could be the same in the end as perpetual never have a damn day off style....

yeah,i dont know if this is a bad quality but they sure can go berserk with the sucker branches,on the good side i probably got 60 cuts off those 2 plants,on the bad side i easily threw away that many branches easily...

interesting, I have always been under the impression that leaving on the lowers/larf limited how much the top buds could produce... never tested it really though....

well i might put it this way,each plant has a genetic upper limit on how much it will produce under a given set of conditions.all the pruning and training most increases the quality of the buds rather than the quantity.indeed i might go so far as to say with pruning you may end up with less overall bud mass,just a higher percentage of a grade tops rather than a bunch of larf....


and yes,those little scraps are diverting some tiny bit of energy from the tops,but like i said,theres simply not enough there to really bother me enough to trim it off...
