IDO- Hell yeah thanks might need some

Respect- I am using canna in the mix now and haven't seen aphids for a long time. Only seen them once, they came along with a lvpk clone and caroliina blue and I killed em dead. Blazes mix rocks, but as it is I find it best for plants that don't receive to much veg. I veg way to long and it would run out of gas. The amount of amendments I am using are right in line with LC soilless mix #1, it is a great starting point for everything but you can tweak it to be strain specific but it is time consuming and really best for someone who runs the same strain 3-4 times in a row. 3-4 runs and you can pretty much have it dialed in 100%. These katsu trees are gobbling everything up and they do not need a 7 week veg! lol

blazeoneup- I know what you mean about shineing, on more then one level. Right now she is so shiny looks like she is spraying herself with neem. Also working with them is very very oily/greasy, insane really. I think this will come out pretty good, if I was doing it over it would come out a lot better but right now the buds are stackin like crazy, trichromed out greasy ass nugs, literally FLOPPING all over the place. I literally must have 600ft of twisty tie on them now. Only complaint from me is they ran out of nitrogen and got a little ugly on me before I caught it, but they are being bottle fed right now and only for a little longer. Tomorrow is day 49.

Somoz- Thanks I have that feeling to, back to ppm meters is my style. I have done some reading on recylceable soil, it all sounds good but hate to say it but it just isn't my style, I would rather KNOW exactly what I am starting with every time. It can be wasteful but I have piece of mind, if I fuck up a 10K I would beat myself up pretty bad and I can't bet on recyclable soil at this time. For coco I have plenty of water storage, right now I am sitting on 800 gallons of reservoirs and I am recycling my water. I think coco has more problems that come along with it that is why I have always gave it the cold shoulder but I am pretty sure now I know what to due to not have them. the yield increase is really what I am looking for, with only 2.4 plants a light I need some heavy girls to pull 2-2.5 per light. I will get to the outdoors soon enough, when I leave my current spot I am going deep into the woods and a huge balls out greenhouse is in the plans.

I overvegged (3 weeks) this time and didn't want to transplant, so I ran canna bio.... This shit is killer, I'm thinking about just vegging/beginning flower in blazes and finishing with the bio flores, bio boost, and epsom.... Looks to work so far, if I hit 8 out of this room I'm a believer.... This room is crap compared to the other one... I know I'm at 6-7, keeping the fingers crossed for 8 lol

I also used the hammerhead/moab combo for pk boost at 5 and 7.... Shits retarded, I literally hit the white with it at day 35, and buds where leaning towards the floor at 36 lol no co2, no dialage except for a stable temp/humidity

I like the katsu, I just need the stretch when I'm running production... I do wanna run some of these less stretchy ones, but I'll have to redo my game plan or step my numbers up even higher to compensate for lack of stretch

I've actually got half of my other room in your mix now.... Then the other side is canna bio, I'm going to start taking picturs of that room soon :D

I have a feeling once you go coco you wont look back! Its gives me the precision I was looking for as well as a safety buffer if things like pH, ppm, etc get outta wack. Or my dumb ass not plugging the feed pump back in before I leave.

You might consider going smaller on the pots. We are using 2 gal smart pots right now and its allowing us to water 3 times a day during bloom. The last round of schanzz average was 6 zips per plant with a 4 week veg. Might want to consider 5-7 gal as your final container with more feeds at a lower EC per day.

Worst thing I did when I switched to coco was treat it like soil.

My $.02

Burning Tree- Hell yeah Burning glad to hear you love the coco. I am anxious to try it I will get my first 6 plants veggin in 3 weeks or so for one of my flip flop rooms. For those small rooms I am going to use a 4x4 table and 6 3gallon pots. Thinking I am going to run the ChemD through or maybe my sour bubble so I can really see the difference and get my feet wet with an easy girl to please. For the big room one thing that concerns me with say a 5 gallon pot is if the pot ever dries out a bit to much these 10+oz trees will fall over lumberjack style. Of course I am to never let it dry out to much though but shit happens!

What pot would you use for 1LB tree? My aim is to get to the 2-2.5/light with only 2.4 plants per light, a very tall order. I am hitting 9.6z per plant average right now with sour bubble, the katsu looks like it might average 12 but only time will tell.

My girlfriend for my birthday got me a workaholics "let's get weird" t-shirt. Love it! First night I wore it shit got extra weird for sure. Could have got weirder if I didn't have to knock this cat on his ass who was out of line. He was acting like loose butthole.

We learned about them falling over the hard way! Lol Now there is a plant yoyo on each one attaching it to the ceiling so it doesn't tip in the case the pump doesn't fire.

Man a # plant is a big plant. Never attempted. Personally I would probably try a 7 gallon. Watering multiple times a day during bloom is where we really started to see hydro yields and hydro control. If a 20 gal was used I think it would be hard to dial in the watering to that degree unless you had a good amount of veg time in them. We started off in 5 gals and are now in 2 gals.

Nova worked well for me in coco around 700 ppm. Been using Jack's Professional Hydroponic now for a few months and results are even better. I wont use anything else. Mixes clean, accurately (we do it by weight), and pH is rock solid stable in the feed res over 5-7 days. Plants love it. $70 for 50 lbs lol! Supplement teas once a week.

You don't have to go to far in this state to find a loose butthole looking to ruin everyone's good time!

Loose buttholes suck, they got me three months away last fall, agreed on all counts.... But you gotta be careful they're throwing the winners in jail, no matter the situation....

Love workaholics though, but a couple from the last season weren't as good.... Still one of me and the girls favorite shows though! That and Shameless.

You harvesting soon PK? What day are you taking Katsu?

Wow I hate when you hit backspace and loose everything you typed do to IE going back...

Burning Tree- I am getting 9.5-12 right now maybe more certain plants, if I can get to the 13.5 average. mark I can get my 2 per light. Maybe coco will be the edge I need to surpass my current barrier. If I switch the main room over I am thinking of using 10g smart pots. I need the surface area for bamboos LOL. Each plant has 8.3 sqft to fill in. Thinking of starting out floranova as well just because I am familiar with it and it really is a great nutrient. However, I think I would prefer a clean reservoir and line this is about less work haha. I am open minded doing a lot of reading currently so I will def look into that. Canna might be the best way for to start.

RespectGreen- Weird Weird Weird! Adam murders me man. One of my favorites as well, I love extra dumb shit haha. The new season of workaholics is pretty ridiculous, they are pushing it. Yeah day 56 Katsu update coming at you, I am taking her to 70.

<===lights ChemD

Ok I have been busy as hell for real lately, spring is crazy I have a BIG to do list. I just finished mixing and transplanting about 600gallons of the mix, never gets old.....So I have 24 bogglegums veggin away, a little behind schedule but they will blow up soon. I selected my bogglegum mother from 1 pack of seeds. It was the very pheno I was looking for, down to her birthmark. Before buying the seeds I had read about the grape bubbletape pheno and birthmarks were mentioned. I found this lady, had to test her for TMV she was so birthmarked up. These photos don't show any but I gurantee you will see eventually.

She has a pattern similar to the chemd but much more crazy. I have literally seen buds that are half yellow and half green all the way up, straight up two face buds. Only a branch here and there will do it but with this much running I should get some cool shots. She taste exactly like grape bubble tape, down to the last hit. NOTHING I have ever smoked has translated its smell into flavor so well. You could put one calyx in a 1 pound doobie of all kinds of weed and you would know precisely when you smoked the bogglegum. It has a do shit high, no joke you do your spring and fall cleaning in one day. All my female patients love it to death, good gym weed. So grapey people just think you put something on it lol. She loves to grow like a bush, one or two toppings and she just gets very very wide. Big colas, slightly picky, likes to yellow early, cal mag whore. Should be a crazy show. From seed at day 52 she looked toast, I pull her around 8 weeks.

Veg is dirty cleaning the whole spot is on the top of my to do list tomorrow, all that soil makes a mess.

Flip B Sour Bubble.

I decided to run the whole room on Aptus rather then half and half side by side. Sorry IC. However, if there is a difference you should see it. If there is any difference, I WILL know I know this girl inside out. So far I have followed the full extreme schedule, every watering which right now is like every 4-5 days. Around 4-5 weeks waterings will increase naturally always does for me anyways.

Differences? Not that I can tell. Plants are healthy like always though but nothing is blowing me back or standing out yet. Rocking 6 10 gallon smartpots.

Sour Bubble x SFV feminized :)

This here is a Sour Bubble in 3 gallons, flowered until day 60 under blue t5s, now she is in the big room finishing up. She has never had nothing but un ph'ed straight 7ppm ro water lol. I just splash it in her direction that's about it. Looks like I should get a couple hundred seeds at least, I will crack some asap, should be an interesting cross.

Alright the Katsu Bubba Kush. They are doing great, really turning out to my liking. They ate up the soil pretty good but they have appreciated the bottled nutes I have been giving them. They have been stacking up very nicely and now they are just going berserk hitting the swell. Ever day you can see the all the new growth. Starting water only and they are going to just gobble everything up they have stored, should have some epic harvest shots in 2 weeks. Everything is super dense, super greasy, and FLOPPY lol. I literally have like 600ft of twisty tie in here and still I could do a lot more. Oh also got a new camera I can tell a difference hope you all can but I need to learn to use it still.

Third Coast- I have no idea if it a DSLR. It is the best cannon pint and shoot they had in the 300 price range. Later this year I plan to spend big on a nice macro camera and lens. I did not know method seven was making a camera lens, but I do have the shades myself. For now I just go in at lights off and snap pics with the door open for a few min so most of pics are taken in the dark. Thanks for the info. pretty sure in two weeks it will be straight up purple in there along with some dead brown.

Tonygreen- Thanks man, Katsu loves to color up, she had purples starting on day 28.

Bobby Stainless- Thanks man

hereigrow- They are cool, so far I can't tell much of a difference form side to side though and my yield last run didn't increase. Still only ran them a couple times. My favorite thing about them is how easy it is to switch bulbs and clean the glass. They are heavy as shit, take up a lot of vertical height, and you have to keep them pretty far away they are intense. If I had to do it over I think I would go with something wider, lighter, and takes up less room.
