Malware warning

Hey there, I am posting this in the den so people see it.
I just got another malware warning, this time from the stoner chick thread. It said, that content from cameronfisher.com.au, a known source of malware had been inserted into the page.
I googled that site, and it seems like cameron fisher is a model. Chrome warned me that her site may harm my computer, so it seems like her site has been infected, and someone has posted a pic from there here.
My apologies in advance if the thread goes bye bye.

see if any mods are online to report it bro

Already done before I posted this thread, but hes offline now, he must have logged out as I was sending the message.
I pm'd Skip too, so He'll get that as soon as he's online.
I think it just means that her site has got some malware on it, and because this is known to google, it is flagging up her content, regardless of whether it actually has anything bad in it or not.

If that thread has to go, I'm going to be a pariah.....

Please people, post something here to keep this visible so people are aware. Even just a bump.

Apparently "RAT's", if someone puts one on your computer, they can turn on the webcam remotely and watch you.

It's ok, no need to panic! Yes - better safe than sorry, and Harry it was a good heads-up, but fortunately this one is safe :)

I've downloaded it, checked it out - it's a legitimate JPEG, and statistical analysis doesn't show any sign of shellcode, but the hosting site (cameronfisher) must've been compromised sometime in the past. Google Analysis

It's just a JPEG file, so it's just viewed, not executed, so unless it was trying to exploit a specific vulnerability in a specific graphics viewing program it can't do anything. Such vulnerabilities are extremely rare, usually difficult to exploit, and not ideal for the attacker as it requires the target to view the image with the vulnerable image viewer, which they may not even have.

JPEG - not a PE32 executable...

If you're still unsure I uploaded the file for a multi-AV scan...

I've got a piece of card folded to rest over it on my laptop.

Maybe I could bring it to market, I could call it the "Masturbation shield" Here is my ad.....

"Do you worry, that the government is watching while you furiously skin your Eel? Are you concerned that hackers may be filming your jerky time, and selling it to gay porn sites? Fear no more, HG Smells Ltd brings you Masturbate mate, the worlds 1st and only solution to the problem of ensuring your privacy whilst you shake the hand of the unemployed."
