Hammerhead's GDPxQuerkle

Wasn't quite sure where to post this, if MODS think there is a better place for it, feel free to move it wherever you see fit.

So I noticed there were around 50 or so more lots of Hammerhead's GDPxQuerkle listed on the SF on the bay. I thought back to when I was buying my pack and could not stop researching Hammerhead's posts to find out what these would come out looking like... as you know tho most the time you can only find parent pics...

So without further ado here are my two pheno's found in just 2 beans of the GDPxQuerkle, still got 8 more to hunt thru in the future!

This pheno was kinda funky, don't think I'll be keeping her but won't know for sure until it is smoked!


Now here is the proposed keeper pheno. this plant has a great easy to train structure and forms nugs pretty well in my micro environment.

Personally I am very satisfied with my purchase, a great deal for $40 bucks i spent, I think they are $35 now. makes me want to get another pack or two.

you will find some great smelling and colorful plants in these seeds. these pictures do not do the colors justice... I am going to let these go until day 68 or so then they have to come down. I'll update the pics with pre and post harvest shots.

any questions I will be happy to answer. hope I didn't forget anything...

wish hed used urkle instead of gdp, gdp is shit, and why did he used querkle anywa/\
y not deep purple?

doesnt he know deep purple is 75% urkle for those who cant get the cut

just trying to show off what comes outta these beans not discuss what he should have used as the parents...

If you want a specific cross done, make it yourself.

hey i appologize for beating this strain like a dead horse, but the way i see it its only 50% urkle with big bud and space queen filler, not saying its not a good strain but the genetics speak for themselves.

in my mind this is a watered down cut of something great... where atleast deep purple is 75% urkle

not telling someone how to make there cross, just saying this cross shouldnt have been made in the first place...

From all I have seen on the net querkle blows deep purple out of the water. Never grown querkle, but have grown deep purple before and for me not that good.

Back on topic, nice pics!

Here is the other pheno, I really don't like this one much at all to be honest. this reminds me i gotta take pics of the second round of these two phenos. the pheno pictured above clearly shows way more frost at the same stage as this pheno... pics of that tomorrow!




This bud pictured was taken yesterday... took two buds off...trimmed one wet, letting the other dry with leaves on it... gonna see which way smokes better...

Just checked "the bay" and my GDPxQuerkle and Cheesehead's NightmareKush s2 got shipped out today! Hope they get here safe and sound!(fingers crossed)

Honestly, Idk man... not that long though and they were flowered under a 150w HPS so you will deff be able to achieve better yields.

Sounds likens nice cross ... Had a nice querkle pheno that was huge and resonous to the point that it looked like it got rained on

AWESOME MAN!! I am sure you will find some nice purple phenos if you pop the whole pack! My two both smelled like they would be purple but didn't turn much color at the end. This could be because they were finishing up right as it was getting colder out... i can't wait for a good winter run with my keeper pheno...

yeah man deff a good cross for the $40 bucks I paid. Well worth the money, I have already smoked enough to justify that price and I haven't even dented the jars yet, and I will continue to run my pheno for a while, until I find a better one!


Anyway, here are some pics of my two phenos in Round 2,

The first two are the keeper pheno, last two pics are of other pheno that I don't know if I want to keep around...
