I´m talking about old GWS (late 90´s);smoking some shark shock at the moment, but taste is sweeter at least this one.

Gotta go with Kali Mist or Satori...both get me high as a kite yet completely functional.

I don't really care about taste. Wouldn't grow a plant because of it or for it...just a pleasant by product, never a selection criterion. Not a delicate palate here.

But if they ever make a strain that tastes like pussy, I will reconsider.

Satori definitely hits the spot. Sometimes I think Mandala seeds are under rated. Enjoyed everything I have smoked from them.

Have some c-99 from seed that tastes like pineapple...but not a big fan. C-99 is the only plant I will NOT take a test bud from prior to 50% milky. Has me looking out the window every 5 minutes.

Have been thinking of putting a bar of chocolate in one of the c-99 curing jars just for shits and grins. But this cheapskate don't want to fuck up the smoke even if I don't like the weed that much.

Yea some of the sativas will definitely get you paranoid.

Harry- everything I grew in the 90's were some sort of white strain. Shark shock was nice. I fell in love with rhino.

lol...you'd probably enjoy smoking some C99 x Zamal (or Cindy x another good tropical sativa)...that shit will make you want to get naked and run down the middle of the street Fun, fun, fun smoke.....but the only difference is with a SPEAR in your hand (war paint optional) and you'll run harder and longer than you thought possible......actually,there's no spear in your hand and you aren't really jogging with 2000 other warriors humming deep bass chants....it just seems that way. lol

and the other feeling I get from smoking C99 x Zamal sometimes is similar to being in the movie "Into the Void"..it's that "out of this world" feeling (without actually dying that is), kind of like floating above and observing what is happening...but you usually have to smoke alot to get there.

One thing is for sure, when decriminalization comes to the warmer climes (and to all the world) we will see a change from growing strains that are grown for bulk, speed and bag appeal to enjoying the positive and wonderul highs that we can get from sun grown tropical sativa strains that have highs that create a sparkle in the eye, a positive rev to your feelings and a buzz of wonder as opposed to the usual boring dullness that most of these fast finishing, good bag appeal, smell good strains that almost everyone is growing now.

Growers and smokers have to lead the way by asking themselves.."do I want to grow a strain I'd like to grow or grow a strain I'd like to smoke?..the answer is easy.

Chamba, do you sell cars for a living? If not, you might want to start thinking about it because you could probably make a lot of money.

for the high: a crazy sativa.

for the taste: best aroma/flavor in my experience is sugarloaf from cannabiogen. powerfull perfume, very special, very complex (more than a simple smell in one perfume).
fruity first, then floral and woody for the end.
difficult to describe but remind me some kinds of perfume like patchouli or channel n5. maybe coz fruity-floral smell like bergamot or orange blossom,something really rich and powerfull, opulent, round sugary. it leaves you on a wooden note like a good barrel alcohol.
simply marvellous
absolutely nothing in common with other strain i've tasted.
ps: this perfume is common with all individuals in a batch or near. with little variations of course. but all plants have this kind of powerfull fragrance.

Pastor I think you are the first person to mentioned a cbg strain. I have never really tried any of their gear. Is the potency decency as well?

yes, she 's potent. quite clear first and then a bit more on the body. little muscle relaxation on the shoulder. no red eye. nice hybrid effect, but it's not a killer with an overpowering high.
the qualities of sugarloaf are her incredible smell/taste, her very good yield and the quality of buds (no trim, very nice resin coverage), very good hash, quite easy to separate trichomes from flowers. good vigor.
made some "f2" with it: the particular smell was still there (with variations)
very good strain

Purple Urkle grown well is like candy and it is very potent. If I smoke when I been drinking it can make me spin and crash.
Sour Diesel tastes incredible and can be nearly psychedelic
Chemdog D tastes similar to diesel but toned down and add garlic and dirty socks to the mix, the high also similar but less psychedelic, more crushingly stoned

So much out there that's great, I enjoy most a nice Bubba #7 just for flavor high and perfect burn and smokability.
But I also love every other strain, the Headband I just trimmed is out of this world and the cookies and all the OG'z, the Irene.
All the sativa's I've known and loved over all these years, it's freekin impossible to name one or another as bestest.
I've said it all along and I keep saying it to those that'll listen and believe...it's all good, if grown well, just different.

Pastor - thanks for the report. I'm looking at some grows of it now.

Smoke buddy- agreed on the purple urkle that was my brothers med stash for a while.

Randy - I say the same thing. It is all good but in its own way. I cannot smoke an indica with strong sedative effects all day with the amount of work I do a day. Now when I'm at home relaxing that becomes a different story. I can some on something to help sleep.

Sorry, I should of specified more about the C99 x Zamal high I was waffling about. Firstly, I had no intention of promoting seed sales for any seed bank and the C99 x Zamal I was commenting on was grown from seeds I made by crossing GN C99 with GN Zamal.

I think it was around 2000 when i dusted a sweet and very peachy/pinappley tasting Maple leaf indica, which has a very happy, red eyed giggly type high, to a nice purple striped and vigorous as hell blueberry male.

Ive grown more than 140 storebought strains including all of the top strains from all breeders and the seeds i have from that pollen chuck i consider to be my greatest possesions and the best and one of the hishest quality strains ive ever smoked. .

The cross results in smoke so happy and social that you laughf and laugh withthe sweetest peach syrup taste of any smoke ive ever tasted,

Im no breeder at all and just chucked it to see what happened when i crossed the 2 most happy and tasty strains in the cannabis world and i found out. It doesnt cost much to make this cross and i cant imagine why professionals havent tried it but i would recommend anyone looking for sweet, peachy tasting euphoria give it a go. I promise you will be pleased. 2 main pheno's but 2 others appear at about 1/3 of the time.



I call my little cross Sweet pea (peaches)
