I am basically using pots with no run off , the oldest plants have been 40 days in the 1.3 l pots , looking good atm. I am inoculating them with mychoryzzae , keep you updates on that.
I am topping the lady's in veg , above the second internode , that shoul give me 3/4 apicals x plant and lower plants heigth in veg =longer veg in my litttle space .
This give me the opportunity to sex the 3 plants from seed by putting the cutted tops in a glass of water in the flo cab @ 12/12 , thay should show sex within 7/10 days ,keep you updates on this as well

The 6400k cfl keeps internodes very close to each other , stretch is my enemy as i want bud from bottom till top , all the way around.I have mainly crosses with some haze in it, some less dominant then others, but still prone to stretch if they get the chance, the 6400 k vertical bulbs take care of this. The bottom line is 2500k for production and 6400k for quality, IMHO.
the story is that i am doing the same cut for the third time with different kelvin combinations.
The first run , been a seed run, a used only @2700k @ 12/12, good weed and resin production , but little smell .
first run
The second run mixed spectrum , but only @2700k from end of stretch till 3 weeks from harvest , i had a uvb 2:0 full spectrum cfl the last 3 weeks. exellent weed , very good resin production e very good smell/terpenes profiles.
second run
This run i will keep the mixed spectrum true the entire cicle, but i will not use the uvb 2.0 full spectrum cfl , as with this combination ( 60 watt @2500k + 72 watt @ 6400k ) i can have most watt (132 watt ) from beginning to end, i basically want to find out what the difference will be in terms of terpens production .

this run is the most important in terms of difference between with or without uvb ( 2nd and 3rd run ) as i had only cfl @ 2700k in the first run.
I basically want to find out the difference between 2 runs with same mixed ligth spectrum ( say 55% blue and 45% red ligth ) but one with uvb and the other one without.
I was to rough this time with supercropping and lst, she as suffered and is flowering very slow , i have to run her again a fourth time in order to be sure that i had similar growing condition as the first and second run.
However in the run with some uvb @ end of cicle i had excellent test and smell , really happy with the quality so far.
Keep you updated my friend with the result, i am going to grow one more plant with different ligth setups , shoul be easyer to notice differences
Let me know your conclusion with your CMH run , i bet you will be very pleased

I'd say (so far) I'm noticing more vigorous plants overall under uvb, especially during the dark period, they look kinda "awake"... at least more than they used to.But nothing is really "rocketing" as well (truth be said, it's 30W UVBs versus 110W pll I had, 2700K and 6500K, tough game!) so I'm eager to test the smoke at this point...

i did start with only 2700k, yes , next round will be only 6400k , somebody as to be first i guess,

Cool. I almost ran all 6400k with my recent 11" x 11" cfl cab Ultra Sonja grow but I changed my mind last minute.
My 1sq ft cfl cab will be starting a new round in about two weeks. I think I will do that round with 6400k for veg and flower.
