This is what they do. Didnt you see when the sheriff came to him and they talked outside near the grow and Mike said he's growing to save his farm? Why would he move off his property that hes trying to save? In an earlier post dude said his friend lived near them and their still there I assume.

So many good people are incarcerated for a plant. Even juveniles/teenagers stuck in the system because they smoke pot. WE are all variations of the same genotype. Human Beings.
Until we understand that we need each other, to free the marijuana plant and lower what schedule its on, and that we are all in this war together, they will continue to pick us off 1 by 1.

i must have missed the surveyor episode. to me it looked like it was not clear who was right and wrong about the property line, but i do agree that i wouldn't put plants right up to the property line anyway, not if i had a whole farm of space, so my guess is they planted there thinking it was their land. also worth noting that if it wasn't their land wouldn't the cops be over in a flash to chop said plants on the wrong property down as illicit?

typically boundary disputes do not arise immediately,rather they lie unknown for years until one neighbor makes an improvement(IE:fence,shed,garden ect...)or one tries to divide or mortgage their property.

if one owner allows another to willingly make improvements to their property they can actually lose the land due to adverse possession statutes(check local law).

i have been in the middle of MANY boundary disputes and can tell you the above is 90% of the cases.

when there is a dispute typically one party calls a surveyor and the other tries to convince them to handle it some other way.
if the second party still does not call their own surveyor as soon as the first does you can bet there is a reason!

grace farms chose the yelling and arguing route as opposed to the proving they were right route.

not at all..
once a surveyor has been called there are processes cor civil litigation and it would actually be criminal for either disputee to destroy the encroachment unless both agree to do so..
the sheriff would have to be charging Mr. boutin and rip his whole shit to make that happen
