I recon 15-16 weeks before there ready with a bit of luck,if they take longer its no problem,i've kept the earliest male from last season batch,i've also got a nice swazi red male which absolutely stinks of rancid peppery wood with a hint of citrus when i rub the stem so i'm hoping he's going to be good breeding stock.

Sativas like Matt's that need so long... I have been wondering and will continue to wonder.

Those plants they really are not that photo period reactive, right? I mean can you have a pure sativa on long daylight hours and continue to flower?

From an outdoor perspective, can you raise a clone indoors until the end of winter and then just put it outside? In that case a sativa would have time to ripen before next winter and possibly reach a pretty full potential?

Or would the long daylight hours of early to late spring cause the pant to stop flowering and begin to stretch some more.

I believe a sativa should be grow outdoors to get the height for a reasonable harvest.

My ladies are budding out all over the place. Even the little G13 Hazes which have been behind the pack, when I went to check them today the bud sites are becoming quite obvious just in the last few days.

One of the Nepalis in particular has exploded into flower, I can't count all the bud sites. Hard to photograph them even.

Can someone tell me the benefit of the molasses? I can go get some tomorrow. Also, to help pump up the G13 that are lagging behind, someone told me to give them a heavy dose of nutes and a bit of epsom salts. Do you agree?

No I dont agree at all. The G13Hazes have abit of nute burn on the leaf tips already.
My advice to you would be to actually back off the nutes abit and just give water with 1/2 tsp of Cal-Mag+ per gallon for awhile. When the middle leaves start to turn abit yellowish...then add abit of nutes. When your leaves are nice and green with brown dead tips....thats the plant telling you its too much nutes.
Listen to the plants with your eyes and they will tell you when to feed them. With sativas...less is more.

I go onto a few other forums and I always rep the Australian and New Zealand outdoor grows on icmag. They're some of the best threads on the site, its no ultimate sativa thread lol! But they are easily in the top 20

Im gonna toss up some Moonshine Haze shots, i got 5 different phenos 3 are quite sativa leaning and im gettin excited. they are startin week 7.

but i was wondering if someone may know, cuz im new here, if i could start a seed drop thread to keep people posted on the fresh and up and coming drops at all the different seedbanks??

where would i start it and is there already one like that?? dont wanna step on any toes??
