Your grow looks awesome. Nice strains your running. I always love me some crit +. Your escd beans, were they accidents of yours?, on purpose?, or were they in a bag of smoke? I recently changed over to vert, and i will never go back. No reflecting light, so glass heat shield, just bare bulbs and pure awesomeness. I've been growing for a min now, and the growth rates i'm seeing from babe bulb vert is crazy retarded-and i'm in soil right now.I couldn't imagine how things would be in a fast hydro set-up. As far as the super long veg, not nessasary imo, just use more plants of a smaller size, and build shelves-trust me your gonna love it if you change to vert, I did and there's no looking back.....

The c+ is a fav among my friends. I've always wanted to cross it with a sativa to really give it a great high. The yield is huge, the taste and smell is old school but i always thought so,etching was missing from the High. Dinafem has never let me down and I've done ther sour diesel, blue widow and I forget the other. Great gear

Hey Alone, looks like things will be getting crowded with buds in there pretty soon. I like the strain selections too. I used to grow a Critical+ a long while ago and it would give me and all who tried it intense, refrigerator ravaging hunger. I'm wondering if it is a somewhat consistent trait and if yours make you hungry. Great grow, keep on keepin on!

All the plants are doing very well. Ive been very busy with the watering schedules.
Man its hard to keep up with these thirsty ladies. My day temps are at 79 and my night temps are at 76 - 78 so they should yield well. Day RH at 45 and night RH at 55.

I didnt spray Dutch Master Reverse on this crop and it makes me nervous because of the Purps (known for nanners at week 6), the untested GrandoggyPurps, and the 3 untested ECSD bagseed cross. No one supplys it anymore because I guess Dutch Master makes them buy alot so they wont carry it no more. Sucks! Got to keep a good eye open when I water them 1 x 1 in the tub.

With these grow bags, there is alot of water waste because the soil hardens in the shape of the bag and the bag gets loose around the edges so the water runs right down the sides and out the bottom holes quickly. Ive been trimming any extra bottom branches that dont need to be there on certain plants as I water too. I also put stakes in the ones that need them.
Good thing Im not giving them any nutes and only Cal-Mag+. Thats would be money down the drain literally. I like pots better.

gotta pack the soil during transplant to avoid this.. been using grow bags since after the first grow lol.. wen i realized a pot costs 1 buck to 5 each.. and bags are like 5 bucks for 25 ... i went with bags.. and never had a problem as long as u pack them..

The reason I dont "pack" the soil is for oxygen intake to the roots. I do lightly pat down the soil. Not to much though. I let the watering do it over time. TY Basement Grower.

I have a bunch of Pure Sativa Jamaican Lambs Bread reg seeds that I could cross with the C+ mom?
That should add an uppity sativa high to the old school skunk smell and flavors. Wish I had the room.

Last time I tried to grow these, I got 99% germination but they hated the FFOF soil and all were burned except the GrandoggyPurps.
This time I used old soil that had very little nutrients left and no old roots in it. They are doing well so far except the OGChems.
Ive had issues everytime with this batch of beans for some reason. Im not complaining at all as these were gifted to me to test.
This is the only reason I bring this up at all. So they can see how the batch did.

You can see the little one with burned, yellow edges already. Im not sure why this perticular strain is giving me so many problems both times. Ill be very happy if I can get the healthy one to grow out and become a mom........ Other than that........ Im excited about these new strains I get to discover.

UPDATE....

UPDATE....

After 16 days of flowering, the plants are stacking flowers very quickly. Gotta love a good Skunk#1 x Big Bud.
If I notice any under branches that are long and thick, but still shaded, I will not hesitate to cut them off so the tops get bigger flowers.
I have the growbags touching side by side, so I can still spread them out w/ 3 inches between bags if I needed too.
Its definetly time to activate my Can-Fan carbon filter and put the lamps 8 inches closer to thicken them flowers and mask that skunk smell. Also to control RH rising at night.
Pics will come week by week. :thank you: to all my good friends for your encouragments and kind words.

UPDATE...

UPDATE...

The GrandoggyPurp clones got a few pre-flower ballsacks like the SSSDH did. I picked off 3 before they were even close to opening, so I caught them early. Thats all I got from all the clones of GdoggyP's. Just 3 pre-flower sacks that were easily visible and no harm done.
Being feminized seed, from ChemD genetics, I was sure this was gonna happen anyways so I kept a good eye out for this just incase.
Once I pick them off they dont grow back. They smell really strong/meaty.

I love the fact that even people that hate me, just cant help but follow my journal and neg rep me. Thanks for following along anyways.

There are a few more bottoms that Ill trim as I see it. Not many more though.

The Purps have very few pre-flower ballsacks so far, (that this strain is known for), so I was able to pick them off while still green and tiny. I only give them 1/2tsp of Cal-Mag+ per gln of PH'ed water @ 6.4
Heres the wierd thing...on 2 of the Purps, the leaves are turning yellow slightly but has burned tips too? Wierd. Hope it was just a hotspot in that perticular bag of FFOF thats messing with em. Purps is a heavy feeder so it should be allright and outflower it.

Not 1 ballsack on any of the Critical+. Its nice and stable.

i been using grow bags for 7 years now.. and the first year i thought to not pack it.. and i made a mess everywatering.. now i pack them.. not packed tight... but packed enough so that wen u transplant.. it should come out nice and packed.. never had problems with oxygen probs.. as long as u dont pack it wet.. perlite n letting the bags dry out in between waterings.. works great..
