Mr.Miyagi sinsemilla trimming & added 10ml(2tsps) of foxfarm growbig
It looks very good but notice how some have a strong curl at the tips of the bigger leaves, ne1 think its something to be concern about?

Those curled leaf tips are a sign of overfeeding.

Superthrive, I shoulda dilluted a good amount in the gallons of ro-water. Any heads up or suggestions in how to manage using superthrive?

Sorry man, just getting caught up. 1st I want to say that I dont know if using Superthrive through an entire grow as a ph down will have any adverse effects.

I was curious and decided to test my water + Superthrive. It measured a lower ph. And having developed a high ph problem, I started using it for that purpose. Im poor and cheap so it was a no-brainer for me.

But it looks like youve got everything under control now. Your plants are looking healthy and happy.

EDIT: I just noticed that leaf curl. The leaves are most likely clawing due to high ph. This is what happened to my SLH - and why I started using Superthrive to lower ph.

Damn, I need more java... frickin cobwebs.

Have you picked up the FF powder 3-pack yet? Youre going to want to.

And... I noticed that youre putting 1 nute in at a time. FF nutes are almost always used in 3s.

Ex. Week 5:
Big Bloom - 3 tsp/g
Tiger Bloom - 2 tsp/g
Open Sesame - 0.25 tsp/g

All 3 of these get added to your water at the same time. Sorry if you already figured that out.

EDIT: didn't see rest of thread but for what it's worth I posted...Just my 2 cents: Do your first grow in straight up pots/containers. If you want to do dwc, do just one bubble bucket along side this. Transpo the rest into pots w coco. The coco mixed with hydroton is great just top feed and let some drain out (DTW).

If you want to make it more like a hydro set up set the pots in table/tray with a drain, put drippers from res(or look into blumats if using 100% coco). The drainage can be collected in like a bucket and dumped on house plants/garden, or to a drain.

Well dont take this the wrong way but you should start with a more simple nutrient system. Do you have a reservoir or are you running to waste? If I were you I would lose the foxfarm and worm castings and save em for soil. Buy a one bottle nutrient like flora nova, ionic etc and start at about .3-.5 ec pH can range from 5.8-5.3. Flush your plant with ro water for a bit then start them up on the hydroponic nutrients. The biggest mistake I have seen among Hydro nubies is to add too much junk causing lock out of nutrients and over fert problems. If you are running a reservior get some sort of sterilant like peroxide or dutch master zone or bleach. Your plants will thank you and your worries will be gone.

Let me say to you welcome to your new addiction! Growing is fun and rewarding and Highonmt gave you the best advice so far. You should drop the fox farm and go with a hydro nutrient. No one makes it easier than General Hydroponics. When dealing with chemicals you never want to eyeball it. Get yourself a large syringe and measure properly even spoons you have to pour and run the chance of spillage and I am a tight wade so I want to keep every drop. As far as your light you want to limit it to roughly 50w per square foot or the cost/benefit goes out the window. I noticed a lot of salt build up on your lids, it is possible that your water level is too high and or you have too much salt buildup in your buckets. Are you cleaning your buckets every time you change nutes or are you just adding new solution? Your plants look good right now but when they start budding is when you want things to be really be right. We are here to help you my friend 

Flipping to 12/12 in rwo months or so, give or take

I was misting my baby alot which may be the drying on the bucket lids. Have decreased the amount of times I mist it.

Very healthy looking! Have you thought about leveling the canopy by one of the several techniques, and then perhaps scroggin? I can see you doubling your harvest with a flat, level canopy with such nice looking plants. I've drilled holes the the top rim of buckets and spread em out and tied em down as far as thy'ed go. You'll need to get that top stem pointing out & down or top it(I don't like to top when they're this big tho).

And I don't like seeing light hitting the floor (waste of energy)so I keep em close with reflective surface on all sides, which can be existing walls, removable foam panels, etc that are covered w mylar or painted white etc.

You are looking good right now. The thing to remember is go slow and keep it simple. Get a few grows under your belt before diving in to more advance techniques as they can get costly. Take pride in your 1,2,3rd grows and once you feel comfortable start uping your game. I started in a 2x2 and just recently moved to a 6x6 it takes time my friend. Continue asking questions and reading contributers like bobblehead, megayeilds, aerokrafter, and above all eles DHF! That guy has forgotten more about growing our lovely plants than most of us will ever learn. :) Again take your time and you are looking good buddy!

vangaurd; best advice for any first timer/beginner PERIOD!
I, personally speaking, have a tendency to load my plate up waaAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY to much, exceeding proper proportions of the amount of work load that I may manage. All do to ambition, sorry.
So in saying that, shouldn't be hard to understand in how I can get a head of myself.

In contrast, thanks medicalmj! I plan on taking in your tips after I gain more experience. My first time doing this period and am very giddy about it, to be Frank.
It is easy to get ahead of myself which can lead to puzzlement-uncertainty.

Puzzled over how I could have attempted making clones better last night out of 4 nice stems (pics attached)

What are your clones under for a light? Does that tote have the cover on all the time? Because it needs to be. Those cuts look like goners....... I use a black tray and humidity dome with t8's or t5's, brand new razor, and rooting powder. I always take more than i need, to account for death, stunting, and slowness to root.

Go get a dome aka seedling greehouse. They sell em everywhere for around $10 USD, or less. Then buy a fish tank thermometer ($3) and put inside dome. Keep it in the green on the therm, or lil' higher, just not lower. You should have condensation on dome. If not its ok to have water on tray, just make sure you don't have standing water when roots pop.

Use floro's for lighting. The bluer the better, aka high K like 6500K. I clone under cfls, 6500K bulbs, 4 x 23 watts. But 1 100 would do, just keep an eye on temps in dome.

I approached my first attempt at cloning haphazardly; mainly preparation.
I'm flushing the reservoir for a week starting last night, so this Sunday I'll make a second attempt. I use a 250w 6500 blue spec. lamp & the top of the tote is covered securely.
My question is what is to hot as I have the option to use a heating blanket.

*Vanguard* I think the dryness is from not putting the clones in water right away while gathering more cones: put them in gel & had them wait until I was done with the last chosen cones.

I take it you'll have a therm in the dome? If so there's no need to go over low 80's, although I had a heat pad once that would put it into the 90's unless on a timer. They must have been in mid 90's for 10+ hours and nothing bad happened. I prefer to keep at around 78-82. But I hear cloner type machines need cooler temps tho.

Also, there's nothing complicated, risky, or experimental with scrogging. It's a an easy, tried and true method to increase yields with less plants. Bottom line is that you are going to have undergrowth that wont mount to anything with tall plants in a horizontal grow. And you have really nice plants that look like a x-mas tree, which isn't very efficient indoors/horizontal. The only "tricky" part is allowing the newly exposed tops enough time to build up girth before flowering.
