Well the issue of Parental stock was not involved in this case .
The G13 Hz Shanti sells is an IBL of old Nevil seeds .
The batch he worked from was made by Nevil . Pre the are the mother plants lost debates .

Medical guy I believe you are wrongly quoting me and many have brought this to my attention so i will try to make it clear.

Haze A died when Nevil had it and Haze C is alive and kicking at MNS as it always has been. Alot of old seed from Nevil had Haze A in it, and this seed has been used in various lines of breeding. G13sk was given to me in Holland in the 1999 from Nevil directly in his old home in Bemel. Nev told me then G13 had been dead as a clone only female for some years due to fitness problems...so most of the G13 stories grew from what others prefer to believe i am afraid.

I been growin this plant/strain for 20 yrs...I have had g13 since 1993

I was told it was G-13 skunk when we aquired the cut and that it came from the University of Washingtons horticulture dept back in the early 90s...

Alls I know is it smells like road kill skunk and I get around 6 ozer a plant........No cuts dont ask

Yes I bet its a great conversation starter that girl . he he .
From what I understand the G13 cutting was not a very pleasant smoke . Tasted grassy and was strong stoney effect . What it did bring to crosses was the resin that almost chokes the buds and the potency . That could be enhanced in selected hybrids .
Yours must do the job if she`s still alive and kickin .

No disrespect intended . I`ve grown a sht load of your strains . And I`ll grow more and crosses I`ve made from them in the future .
After all the aspersions that have been cast regards G13 and Haze .
I don`t worry so much anymore .
A bloke told me once the proof is in the seed . Seems he was right in the end .

I'm not interested in any G13 hybrid I have plenty. Only the G13 cut. Stout dark green, thick hollow stems. Had a sweet chem pine taste, and smelled like fresh carpet. From what I was told when I got it back in '02, it was from Washington st. and brought to the east coast in the late '90's. Also told it was stolen from a horticulture genetics lab in Mississippi in the '80's? Guess it gets around.

Doubt it had the best potency. Dutch skunk isn't strong stuff by any means.

DAM you beat me to the punch. I think EB is dead nuts on with the release date of the first G13 crosses Nev made, which means he would have had the cut before 88 so 90 is a few years late to be claiming FIRST.
