Maybe the objective reality is accessible/aggreeable to us when we shutdown our senses and connection to the physical reality. Maybe our challenge is to remember we all come from the objective reality, lending a physical body to live out our lives and evolve in the process.

I'm not sure if we mean the same thing by "objective reality." Or maybe we do. I mean reality that is the same for everyone at all times; a portion of reality that exists independent of any perceiver. Something that is always true no matter what.

If there were such a thing, how could we know? We couldn't make any tool or devise any algorithm to discover or quantify it without automatically being subject to the thoughts and limitations of the inventor.

Know what I mean? Even if there were such a thing you couldn't prove it. And evidence strongly suggests that there isn't. In other words, everything is an opinion.

Trippy huh?

hmm,

I think we agree collectively to have a certain reality to some degree and the rest is determined by our limitations and distortions of the mind.

it think that we operate within the same framework and can agree that how we perceive things can vary greatly. nothing so far indicates for me at least that we have something i might call supernatural influence over the world(s) tho i can't deny subjective experience. we can influence in more mundane way through our actions. not that mind over matter would be great, or actually fantastic :)

regarding bashar, some company should hire that guy as motivational speaker.

yeah sorry i can't accept the idea that we don't have an objective reality as you described it. i.e. there are lots of things 99.9% of the population will agree on. these things can be considered reality. there might be other dimensions where the objective reality is different, but for us with the access we have now, there is only one reality available. it might well be that one could learn to expand ones consciousness to see other dimensions with other realities. but at this point in time i have heard of no one who claims to see into alternate dimensions with any real evidence. when we look at a car we see a car, when we look at the fema camp we see a fema camp. no amount of meditation will turn the barbed wire and watch towers into disney land. so i really don't see the point in telling people they can make their reality. you can influence things in a mundane way, but you can't change that which already is in this dimension. if danger is in the offing you will not be able to wish it away. so if you can't wish it away, whats the point in even wondering about it. how does it help me to accept that i'm making reality jumps all the time when there is absolutely nothing you can do to steer those theoretical reality jumps?

Exactly. We have mostly "agreed upon" reality, and the people who wear tin foil hats and walk around shouting at the trees are living in realities with much less agreement :)

Somebody once told me "Don't believe everything you think." Best advice I ever got.

I liked it more when we were discussing aliens instead of whether Anti is inflexible or not, to be completely honest :D

so did anyone watch the ufo videos of the ufo over the Dome on the Rock in Jerusalem? :tumbleweed:

hello gaius :

in that last video you posted, they include the fake video of the event.

the fake one is where you hear an American lady say something like: "we have seen in Mississippi like that"... it is fake in the sense that if you compare it to the others, the ufo is not hovering at the same place, it's of a different shape, different light, etc...

here's the three original ones:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xTQVtyh4XkI

plus a fourth of the same event as well:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YAb_664TByQ

plus the one taken by the camera of the Jerusalem Weather Station:

pretty interesting to say the least

yeah the "real" ones were all included in that quick investigation vid i posted. makes you wonder, but the whole thing i'm reading about massive generators being installed on the temple mount just days before does make you wonder if it could be some high tech special effects like holographic images? it is very convincing though i admit, the way you have the same event at the same time being recorded by different people at different locations. all of the videos corroborate each other too.

I have a similar perception. Pretty simple intellectually to Understand. If you're honest with your "self" it's glaring.

Psilocybin gave me the Experience, the Feeling of.

This evolution could be termed "self-realization"... The only answer continuously given by the sages of times as well as the sun inside.

Self-realization! What a joy! The beauty to experience the extremes of pain as well as pleasure. For its a part of reality, of creation. We are co-creators.

The sacredness of Experience and Phenomena.

That's the best part! You just wish for them! If your heart is pure and your intentions are true, they will sprout right up in your kitchen overnight.

Take care getting your cheerios in the morning, though. Those lazer beams HURT. You could shoot your eye out.
