Critical+/Purps/GrandDoggyPurps 90 plant SOG

Next grow Ill get 3 - 4' x 8 bulb T-5's for vegging 90+ girls. Ill get much bigger yields this way.
If I dont get 1 gpw+ this grow ..... Im going vert, or hooking up my light mover. The mover would have worked, but it would only cover 16 clones better. Not enough reward to put a bunch of holes in the cieling before I move.
Ive never done it like this before, so I hope Im doing it right. (thats what she said)
Im torn between letting them veg for another 2 weeks then stripping the bottoms, so I get big colas....
OR.... flipping them next week with most side branches on. Just cut off 2 internodes up.
Any advice for maximum yields with a SOG would be helpfull. Thanx.

You and I grow very similar. I use the near identical method with certain strains in 3g bags. Only thing i do different is after vegging i prune 90% of the plant off, i keep a low node to restart the growth cycle making the entire sog short and single cola. However the vegging supplied the roots time to flourish, making the new single cola produce heavy without screwing the plant next to it. When i go with 5g i do this same process except after the 90% prune i let them grow five nodes and the removed the top node leaving 4 nodes with a root system that is very efficient.
Also what are you adding to the water? I have used ffof for years, i found that superthrive, great white, liquid karma and catalyst added to the ff line up has very heavy results.

With certain strains like this Critical+, they only get Cal-Mag+. (and Pro-Tekt in veg)
The FFOF soil takes them the whole way through till harvest no problem.

Heavy feeders get the works. All 3 FF nutrients and the tri-pack of additives.

Open Sesame / Beaztie Bloomz / Cha-Ching
Cal-Mag+ / SuperThrive / Pro-Tekt

ECSD Bag seed. The original ECSD b/s I was gifted was possibly a cross of (ChemD??? x SourD) x (Elvis possibly???)...
It had a short/squat kush structure with small round buds. Nothing like original ECSD.
I loved the smell and taste of pure dead skunk in a fuel drum. The dude was growing Elvis too at the time I got these bag seeds he gifted me. He said it was ECSD bagseed. But the leaves have that Chem D look too, so who knows. Its bagseed right?
It was awesome though!!!

I got 3 beans from my CD/SD x Elvis grow that must have got hit again with something else. Im not sure.
Either Purps / SweetBlueGenes / or G-Force. Thats all I had growing at the time.
Unless it selfed.
Which I truly hope happened. I would love to have that strain back again.
To date, it still is the most disgusting skunk/fuel smell Ive encountered.

If I were in your place, I'ìì cut all the lower branches, and would grow clones with 4 or 6branches each.

As soon as they are ready to flip, I'll cut off 3-4 bottom branches for sure.
I was letting the bottoms grow until I flip them so the ladies didnt get too tall.
The energy going into growing the bottoms keeps the tops abit shorter and tighter IMO.

ECSD bag seed.
This is my nicest 1 out of 3. Just starting to stagger nodes.

I have 1 large. 1 medium. 1 small ecsd b/s plants. This one being the largest female. I will take 1 cutting off her before the flip.
Just incase she is a special, 1 of a kind, clone only kinda gal.

Awesome, love the grow so far. I did a single C+ last year. The smell was exceptionally nice. I don't recall how long I vegged it for and i did top mine. I got 22g dry under a 2ft 4bulb T5. I liked it so much that I got 3 more beans from Dinafem. The C+ was the most dense/compact and dankiest plant I've grown.

Very nice deep green collors, I was growing C+ last year I also got a Critical Jack cutting with it to test it. The C+ had a piny smell and taste and was more sativa dominant but fast flowering and a good producer. But compared to some other strains I have going on there was no room to keep a mother. I as also trying an outdoor grow with it and it was very good.

Hey SOS for the late start but I've,e just read all the way upto here and I'm subbed for the finish! I see your runnin high numbers do you think that's the best way og getting max yeild as opposed to runnin fewer larger plants? Would like your thoughts on it!as always nuff respect.........

Im not sure. Every style differs. Ive heard SOG like IM doing.
ScrOG with fewer #'s and Fim/Topping/LST training.
Ive heard Verticle with a very long veg time and cages.

It all depends. I'm trying it like this for the first time. I only ran 20 plants with 5 weeks veg time from clone last run and got only 12 ounces from 1200w's.
So Im hoping for 1 gpw+ this run. If not, Ill try Vert next run.

Hey alone. I just got your pm. For some reason i can't send pm's. I don't know why. Go check your breaker rating for the 240v option, measure the distance for the write run.
