I have no answer, but I will second staying away from Mr. Nice's version.

I would maybe give Nirvana a chance. I too got a great plant from a pack of seeds in 2007 I think, $25 isn't too much of a chance to take.

I would try Nirvana again too, its a good buy and even though it was back in 07 when I grew it was the strongest weed I've ever had. Its worth a try.

This Rhino was grown outdoors in Colombia (2,700mts) but I timed it wrong and she finished during the rainy season. Still super potent.

Peace from Colombia!

I did Nirvana fems last year, it was decent. All plants were different, no stability but i expected that, no outstanding pheno but all yielded well.

Hey, nice thread. I would like to try this one also. During my research I found the following:

Medical Seeds Co. - Hammerhead (hybrid)
World of Seeds Bank - Mazar x White Rhino
Good House Seeds - Manolito #1 (hybrid)
White Label - White Label Rhino
Green House Seeds - White Rhino
Nirvana Seeds - White Rhino
B.C. Bud Depot - BC Albino Rhino
Finest Medicinal Seeds - White Rhino

I hope that this help!

I grew some white rhino outdoors about 8 or 10 years ago and it was awesome. I got the seeds from Marc Emery. It was the best weed I've ever grown outdoors. It yielded great, no mold, nice and stinky, and just an all round beautiful plant.
I've got a pack of white rhino from nirvana in my collection thats about 6 or 7 years old. There are probably some real gems to be found in those beans.

here's a couple of pics from 10 years ago

Nice pics!! Both of those look very similar to what i had!!
R.fortune.. nice list!!Out of those which was you leaning towards more? Thanks to everyone who contributed to this thread!!
I would love to hear about the smells and taste of those rhinos..
I know it's all subjective, what i remember is a citrus/vanilla smell with a harsh metallic hashy taste.

I grew Nirvana's a few years ago and found 2 phenos, one 100% piney and another piney/cat piss, the piney one got purple at the finish. Both ultra potent indica high.

MNS site lists Med Man as 8 to 9 weeks strain.

Also might take all this MNS Great White shark dissing with a grain of salt ... I haven't grown it, so I can't say for sure, but the MNS site has had a lot of very successful Shark Shock (their current name for the strain) grows posted lately and almost none of the "sativa" traits referred to here are showing up.

Just sayin' ...

Go with Nirvana White Rhino mate, really strong, quite hashy tasting, couchlock high plus yield is huge.
I cannot recommend those beans enough!
Also, give Crystal and Snow White a try if you like Widow crosses.

I've been running White Rhino lately. Not sure the source.. it was given to me in clone form from a friend.

Been having a hard time with problems in my gardens, but after visiting another garden I'm involved with that also runs different strains I'm beginning to think its a rather sensitive strain. Other varieties look great.. my rhinos been taking a beating.

Here are some Rhinos shots.. my current tree grow about to come down.

Looks to be a great tree/vertical strain. Keeping it in my stable for now, but I'm definitely more prone to fucking it up. Normally everything I've grown can take maxibloom @ 7g/gal thrown at it. Lately all of my gardens have had issues... coincidentally I've been running nothing but Rhino lately.

A really light feeder maybe?

Yes, and its not realistic. 12 weeks is more common, that is what we are saying.

Great White Shark i.e. Shark Shock is not White Rhino. It is skunk x widow, not indica x widow. So it really has nothing to do with the current discussion.

Just sayin'...

Yes, my confusion on the shark and rhino/med man.

As far a finish time, I went and read all the med man grow reports I could find after seeing your comments on finish time. I found that the growers who did report finish times all reported them in the 60 to 64 day ranges.

I didn't seen anybody reporting 10 to 12 week finishes, but I did see several growers say that sativa leaning phenos are not uncommon, but not dominant, in the med man line, so I wouldn't be surprised that some go that long.

Again, I haven't grow it, so I don't really have an axe to grind, but from what I've seen, indica leaning, 8 to 9 week phenos should not be hard to find in the MNS Med Man line.

Well I'm not dissing I'm just saying what Ive seen with my own eyes!! and it could have been a mix up?? but outta 16 beans they all were very hazy like in structure but you could see the widow genes!!

tbh if you had a valid opinion, fair enough but dont come on these forums spreading mis-information. someone may waste alot of time and money because they thought you knew what you are chatting about. when you have zero experience of the breeder/strain.
