CPSO sets Kamerman’s hearing date

A Coe Hill doctor will have a hearing before the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario this month.

Robert Kamermans has been charged by the College with failing to maintain the standard of practice of the profession, and incompetence.

The charges stem from alleged misuse of medicinal marijuana at his practice north of Madoc.

Kamermans will be before the College’s discipline committee for a hearing February 27th to March 1st in Toronto.

The hearings are open to the public.

Is there a crazy wait time now with ppl's? Its been 12 weeks since my doctor sent my forums off and i still havent heard or seen anything . Can i start my Seeds and get them veggin befor i get my ppl from Heath canada or do i need to wait for that ? No one told me other wise........??????

I have less then 10 lights.
I would run as many as I had room for though since the new regs came out.
I was happy with what I had thinking I would have it forever. Now that's not the case and I NEED 40 lights.

If everything stays the way it is purposed . You can renew 1 more time befor march 2014 and if you are applying no licences will be given after september 2013.

Applied on 13 of december i receive my licence on 24 of the new years so around 6 weeks start to finish.Good work HC

Got my licence today took 12 weeks they must be overwhelmed with new apps .

HC says they're 10-12 weeks for approvals now. Must have gotten a flood of them. Either way 6 weeks tkes way too long they should get the application and be done with it within a week.
