swedengrow: I don't have much experience with fan speed controllers but that cap in the link is not the correct one. Why can't you run the fan on full speed? More airflow won't be detrimental. You may always get a buzz from a fan controller...plus I don't trust em

Sog tent coming down this weekend, a few came down today
Left: gdp day 60 after flush. Right: bdh day 52, starting flush
...i took a few in front down already
If i run it on 100% all the time it will get to cold for the plants :/ I would like a temp controller so i could set the temperature around 24-25 degrees so it wouldnt go up and down so much.
And when i say "to cold" i mean 18-19 degrees celsius, sometimes even lower, which postpones flowering and growth.
The cab is in my bedroom and when it hits 20-21 degrees celsius in here with lights off the tent gets cooled down to 18 ish degrees, any tips for solving that issue? I was thinking of some kind of heater element switching on when lamps go off, just giving a little heat...
Lets say i take care of the sound problem and let it be 100% speed all the time, how do i make it stay over 20 degrees at night?
SG: in the winter my tents drop to 13deg celsius. that being said, that controller you linked will work to turn the fan on/off depending on temp, it will not control the speed though.
BDH before flush, day 50-something:
BDH after 7 day flush, day 60:
The gdp mother tent came down and weighed in at 390g. Less than I was shooting for, likely due to temps, plant size, and strain. It's back to the drawing board. I am going to try SOG in that tent next time.
SOG tent coming down this week, pics and weights to come. Thanks for stopping by.
