Love this thread for the most part, seems the trolls have gone back under the bridge thankfully. I live out here on the frontier and have never seen this strain but I love the structure! she Really looks like a spindly ecsd lol. I do have access to sensi star and a superb ecsd so might have to grab the silver and self em and make a couple hundred beans and pick through em. Really love that pine tree structure and the trich production is obviously stellar. Thanks for posting this up smurf et al.

Ticalion--I like to chop mine at around 10 weeks, give or take. She usually doesn't seem to start stinking much until that last week, and it really comes on strong after she dries.

Does anyone else notice that about the DStar??

lee - Good to see another OH-how-high-I-gO grower lurkin around! Seriously, always nice to see people doing good work - and yea I haven't gotten any explanation of what the "Candy" really is - although I wouldn't doubt that it has Cotton Candy in it - it does have a lot of those common characteristics, but I will say, the little bit I have smoked - was definitely some great bud.

Personally I'm trying to seek down that Bubblestar - seems like no one really mentions it much these days - but I still think its a killer cross. Unfortunately the only person I know with a cut of it, won't release it to anyone, so who knows with how much luck I'll have on that. - The perils of having to shut down and get all reset..

I usually pick her at 77 days 12/12 but these photo's are day 66 12/12 and she looks done. I am going to pull her at 70 days 12/12 this run and I think she is pretty much perfect. Her smell is off the charts at this point. I think temperature plays a role in her ripening because that is the only change between this and the previous runs. I lowered the temps this time and she looks riper at 66 days 12/12 then she did at 77 on the previous attempts.

I am left thinking if you nail her she will be ready to go in 70 days.

Just a little note - of course I don't know your nute reg - but it looks like you could push her a little harder in flower with the phosphorous - they'll be a lot less air-y style buds.

That's great - sounds like she's showing her full potential then - cause they should be rock hard little golf balls (oval golf balls but still - heh) - glad to hear it man - hope your treating her well. Miss that special little girl - but I'm sure I'll be seeing her again at some point again soon enough - and till that day - enjoy her everyone - she's a great girl to keep in your stable.

My first run with the ds but i think she is a lil airy. Yall recommend more phospho? Im at like 5 1/2 weeks. She started really putting on the trichs in last week and half. Turned purple on fan leaves like a diesel really early

Not the prettiest girl in the room, but here is my Deathstar lady...neglected in the corner in a small 2 Gal Smart Pot. Plain RO now.. going to flush her into ~70 something days.

Got some moms together now, so looking forward to giving her a full run. Any grow DS into trees? I'm thinking I might try running it mono crop in my 7 plant room - 8000w.

Um excuse me? Actually, ohio has some of the best weed around. I have lived several places round the states and everyone always comments on the quality of the weed in ohio. You must have never visited, or had a bad sample of newbs crap. Please dont troll my thread thx. This isnt a place to debate whether ohio strains are good or not.
