The most tangible lemon taste?

Had a patient request the most lemony strain they can find. They (and me) love anything heavily citrus flavored. Over the years I've grown GHS Lemon Skunk, DNA Lemon Skunk, and one other genetics-unremembered Lemon Skunk.

One of those strains smelled and tasted of lemon more than any citrus variety I'd encountered. It was like it had been fed lemon juice its whole life. But the other 2 lemon skunk strains were only marginally lemony. And (gag) I can't find my notes on which was which.

Can anyone recommend a breeder who offers the most lemony strain(s) you've encountered?

Thanks!

I've run the first two you listed, and I thought the GHS lemon skunk was far more lemony tasting then the DNA

GHS SLH can be QUITE lemony. Noticable the second you open the jar. I'm not keen on them as a company but "that fire be trippin yo" or however the kids in SoCal put it.

I have seen lemon kush that smells like a lemon factory not sure who it is from it was just a clone

I had the most amazingly sweet lemon zest smelling weed with 0 adulteration from 'other' accompanying smells back in 2002-2003. You could smell the stuff downstairs in a 2400 sq. ft house in a lock box upstairs. Popcorn like buds. I have yet to find anything in comparison. 40 SLH and 50 GHS Lemon Skunk later and no luck. Decent plants reliable yield on the skunk, but no lemon that stood out as absolutely sweet with no other smells. Lemon yes but it is adulterated with smells of butter, haze, skunk, or candy depending on which one you are growing.

Only had one lemon that came close and it was from an OGK cross crossed to something else but it had a very sweet berry to go with it and the original weed I had was absolutely not an OGK but the lemon smell was almost comparable super sweet lemon zest.

I hope someday to find the sweet lemon zest smell again.

try the lemon thai, if you can get your hands on her...shes is very distinctively lemony...not sure this is correct but think its what gives the OG Kush its sativa qualities and lemon flavour..just smoked some a week ago...an amazing UP clear headed high...NO indica at all..
Some very nice lemon nuggets for sure

Amnesia haze is proper. Ive told others but you mention the lovely lemon smell and its all i can think of. I took a small bag to go from my house to smoke with friends. Various strains, one piece of each in the same bag. Cheese, cookies, two types of og and one piece of amnesia haze. When you opened the bag, you could only smell lemon zest from the amnesia. It won sativa class at the cannabis cup this year(again i think). Worth the time. It says its an 11-13 weeker. I get it done in 9ish weeks and its still so damn good.
