When was the last time fan leafs got you stoned?

circa 2005 when I found some pressed between the pages of an old book. I said what the hell, smoked up and received a decent stone

I grew up in a hippie community in the 70's. There was imported MJ and there was homegrown. Homegrown was leaves, the small prefloral leaves were the best but I smoked a few fan leaves along the way. I started growing in the early eighties but had little reliable information, and no seeds except sativa seeds from imported mexican redhair. Anyways homegrown leaves went for about 1/4 the price of imported and some people loved it. I smoked leaves for a few years because I had no desire to spend money on herb I could grow for free. Wasn't until the mid nineties and the internet that I found good seeds.

1973 Led Zepplin at Atlanta Stadium...but we each took two hits of acid so it didn't matter that much. At one point we were mauled by bears but we fought them off.

Depending on whether this Laos brickweed was trimmed at all just the other day. Judging by the size of the twigs in it, the number of seeds and hermie smell they didn't care much anyway. :deadhorse

My preference is to use fan leaves from veg chopped up in a blender, mixed with fruit and ice. I experiment with fruit combo's. Have found apple and kiwi go well with the leaf. I suspect berries will be an even better combo but have not tried that yet.
It is an evolving process.:plant grow:

For flower trim I collect all early, mid and fairly late trim including fan leaves and I freeze them. After I get all my plants through harvest and cure I have 2 bags in the freezer. The larger one is fan leaf trim and the smaller the final stages trim where tric's are on the leaves visibly.
The fan leaf trim goes into a slow cooker with some coconut oil and water. The water slowly steams away leaving some potent coconut oil to be strained out through sieve and pantyhose. :whistling:

hrm..never fan leaves, but I have a box of fluff from my sativa leaning strain that is essentially just sugar leaves on twigs with a few calyx's thrown in..Box just keeps getting more full..lol

Definately gets you high... I smoked a bit last fall from last springs batch...Half a j and your zippy for an hour or so...
Harsher tho....I use it for baking mostly.

Depends on how many trichs it has lol. How good it might be but for the most part I really like the fan leaves to cook with. Making oils/chocolate/brownies/cookies etc. headband 707

Last night. It maybe was some sugar leaves in my pipe too though. Like there is some huge discernible difference between a smaller fan leaf and a sugar leaf? ;P Tasted great. But I then also vaped some bud before I smoked. The vape tastes better but is a completely different high.
