micro meteal halide grow

hey! i have looked around diferent forums and i cant find any mini metal halide
(20 - 70w ) grows. if anyone know of one please put a link in this thread as i am very interested just got a 70w metal halide grow light

MH Lamps are for vegetative stadium you also need a HPS Bulb after 2 weeks of flowering. Dont know if the ballast device works with that.

i just like the white light more than hps thats the only reason (had a 70whps kit mounted but choose the mh instead. the lamp was super easy to make a cooltube in my stealth speaker with . and i skipped to use flouresent lighting as main lightning just becous i am going to do a small sog with a lot of plants, 25of em in energy drink cans (autoflower) and i dont think flouresent would do the light penentration that the plants need in a tight space. gonna try out witch pot size (250ml) and (500ml) are the best ,hooping for small bud on a stick plants and therefor use smaller pots than is recomended , orchid nutrient in veg with some urine , and a tomato nutrient in blom,
soil is regular foodstore soil with a lot of eggshells in it (added myself).aswell as 30 procent cat sand made of burned betonite , looks loke tiny leca . also considering putting 2 2700k small 9w flouresent tubes on each side to give em some light from the bloom spectrum for them to get a some of a complete spectum thanks switzerland beddah for the link , if anyone knows of a 70wmh grow ffeel free to post happy new year !

just got a bad suprise the temps are steady in 95 farenheit ......gotta do some thing about that you guys got any tips on lowering temps ?

just fixed the problem hahahah got a wall of fans on the right side with 6 80mm pc fans. also 2smaller fans on the cooltube and 2small fans under 2 120mm that suck up the heat to the shelf with the ballast and the electric central .and on that shelf i got a big lighttrap where i put 3 80mm fans blowing into the trap and 3 80mm as exaust .how bout them apples !

24 c ! yeah ! and i just ordered a lot of seeds bluestreak , hindu kush from lowlife , bluestreak x s60 and some guerilla gold and some royal dane for the great outdoors

waiting for the seeds so i got plenty of time for modifications added two 9 watt 2700k flouresent bulbs for a better light spectrum and a pic of the mh bulb

What are you going to do about the smell? Or is that not an issue.

Some of the smelliest plants I've grown have been autos - not saying yours will be but that's a lot of plants in a small space.

ohyeah about that i am going to use a rainmeter filled with ona gel /smell absorbing gel with a pc fan on top blowing down on the gel . and a container with that on the top shelf aswell . check out diy ona gel odor control bucket....welcome to my humble thread btw

last update before my good friend buys it . he wanted to take over this acount .good thing becouse i had a real bad experience with weed and would just delete the acc after i sold it. hope you guys like what he is going to do with it ! peace! it is completely light proof.and the sound is very very low

this is the male chamber (or females during cs treatment) not pretty but its doing its thing . going to add 2 9w 6400k in the speaker for a full spectrum growcab. selling this cab and the speaker to my friend for 200bucks and 100for the seeds, gonna be sad to se it go really but i needed the money real bad ..hope you icmag ppl enjoy what he is going to grow ..he got real green sticky finghaz.

hello everybody ! the move went easy and everything is in place . got to say the cab was cool and i recently put som seedd with the paper method sorry if my english spelling is not perfect bit i will do my best going to buy a camera when i get some money so the updates maybe take a while ..

may favourite grow under HCI lights. although it was not strictly micro grow, without doubt his effect was awesome.

i am running currently grow in 1.15sqft cab under CDM lights. 4200k is for veg, and 3000k for flowering. maybe i will buy one HCI 3000k for bloom stage, cause it is more effective lm/w than CDM. only 1200lm, but it bay be difference in the end.
