Iron_Lion, there is no any haze in panama. Its pedigree is something like Panama Red x Panama Green x Colombian Punto Rojo and yes as it was discussed earlier ACE/CBG share the same Panama genetics. Those ttude fuckers like to distort information in strain descriptions.

It's a webbed variety I want to cross with some sativa, to get the ruderalis speed and stealth but with the kind of sativa high I'd actually want

10 fems, and I also got 10 regular caribes plus 5 fem caribes, and 7 fem Destroyer. Hoping for a male caribe to get some pollen from. From the sound of it I wouldnt mind having all my plants crossed with a stout caribe stud. All three panama that I started have germinated, so 100%. Thanks Ace/Cannabiogen.

I must yet to find an hermie Panama .... but it is not impossible to find hermie traits in the Vietnam Black Thai hybrid ... is there a chance that you mixed up the labels ?

No. VB does hermie at the drop of a hat though

The Panama is super sweet, and very strong. The VB is more thai like and spicey, if I remember correctly

Wicked Well now then my remaining actual females must be Panama then, they look gorgeous. I do however have one problem, my housemate fucking with my plants, I don't fuck with his grow... I did once replace his stash of bud with jars of glitter, but I gave him it back as soon as he realised. It was a reversable joke rather than "Lol you don't know what any of you plants are!"

Is VB going to be available for much longer? I know it's limited and I want to be able to get some more since all my current set either came out male or female but then hermied after the first few weeks of flowering or at least as best I can tell seeing as the females I've got are all now reddening up (though their colours are weirdly patchy over some of them).

The Red pistils are fantastic though, so they are totally making up for the disaster this grow became in terms of labeling and growing two similar strains in the same space.

I'm going back to much more different strains, Next time I'm going for webbed leaf sativas and the 4 remaining VB seeds I have in my pack, that'll make things more easy *I hope* lol

At least I'll see if that wanker pulls any kind of swap

after reading this thread two times I thought CBG Panama was bred more 'tropical', longer to finsih, lower yields with fluffier buds. but maybe Charlie had his Punta or Pello Rosa in mind. no more stupid questions I promise
