Honey Bee Extractor Buzznn.ca

Greetings peeps,

I did not find anything through the search tool, so I would like to know your opinion on the quality of products buzznn.ca .. I want to try a little B.H.O. to celebrate new year & lastest crop but don't have the tube to extract and i saw earlier in the day that the hydro shop in my city sells two models for cheap:

Honey Bee Extractor from Buzznn.ca
-$25.99 (holds up to 28 grams of Herb)

Queen Bee Extractor from Buzznn.ca
-$34.99 (holds up to 100 grams of Herb)

Before going to buy, I wanted to know if the hash made with Honey/Queen Bee plastic Extractor can be as pure as that made in a glass tube!? I hesitate to order a glass tube on ebay but more expensive and long shipping delay times with holiday in this end of year...

I was wondering if there is no risk of plastic residues, like problems with the PVC that can be dissolve in butane under certain conditions & can be the result of toxic plastic residues in honey oil... What are your experiences and opinions on a BHO extract in these two models?! No info on the website about the plastic material used for their products, so is it safe/good to use?

:thank you:

Thanks for reading B.H.O lovers or others ic mag readers...
Wish you all the best for 2013........

Ya that would be a legit/serious concern.....I would NOT use until i got some type of Doc/veriication that the product was safe to use with Butane.

i've had one for years, done many, many runs, still as good as new.
i like the look of the new bigger unit, saves doing so many runs.

I would not buy one of those. Save up a little more and get a Okief 60$ the large one is 90$ has 2 1" tubes. There made out of SS been using mine for a few years now love it. 1' tube size has been reported as the most efficient size to use. GW or Jump will have allot more info on this.

I agree with staying under an inch of ID to reduce channeling. Our borosilicate 1" X 12" columns only cost us $17 to have made at a scientific glass shop.

We use two coffee filters, covered by a piece of silk screen, held by a clamp or zip tie.
