What type of strip flos do you have? I think I have T12. I'd be curious what you get for readings from 3", 6"...

I'm also interested in what you get from a blue-hue 27w CFL and two...3", 6", 9" ??

i have a new sylvania 6500k 23w cfl. would that be ok?

the t-12's are 6500k too. 40 wt but 2 to a fixture.

the sour 13 can be a real monster and i think i want to dedicate an entire 12 plant grow to it one time. ecsd x g13, two large, high yielding plants.

howdy, everybody! i hope you all are having a great time!

zeke, i finally got those readings for you but i don't think they are very accurate as the meter is set up for hps and sunlight. i don't think it reads flo's accurately.

but the readings might help for relative references.

the 23 watt sylvania 6500k cfl in the wall mart parabolic reflector like i use in my room at:

3" 418 umols
6" 206 umols
9" 110 umols

the 4' t-12 fixture with 2 bulbs dead center under the light only got 168 umols at 3" so i quit there.

if this is for cloning temperature is much more important than light. i get fast rooting at 80f but minimum light.

talk about stupid shit i confused threads. in this, the wicked pulse thread, i had 12 plants to a side initially but some got big and some got crowded out when i couldn't get them to grow through each other.

in the demonic deluge thread i have six per side and i will have more total canopy when i'm done.

hey, panasonic! well, i just finished trimming the last one yesterday and it looks like i got about 11 lb's of bud and a shitpile of larf. i initially started with 24 plants and harvested 21 so that's not too bad.

but this whole show was experimental for me and i usually get much more per plant.

i do not think this is an efficient way to grow and don't recommend it.

the ppk system worked great but the plant count and spacing was all wrong. timing was all wrong.

so with this i truly am finished with this thread and would like a moderator to lock it if possible.

7/16", but no one is using tire valves anymore! please go to the ppk threads in the hydro section for current builds.
