Wake 5am, head downstairs, start coffee (peets maj. Dickson) check blood sugar, go into the basement make sure there is enough water in the boiler and my inside garden is well. Listen to Bloomberg radio and see if the world has collapsed financially. Then tune in NPR for more in depth news. Step outside look for the NY Times and look at the sky to ascertain the weather. Finally coffee is done brewing and fully enjoy that first sip/pull. Around 6:20 wake my highschool age daughter is waking and my wife is beginning to stir. Make my kids lunch and wife's lunch as well. 7:15 into the car and drop offspring at school swing by home again get wife and drop her at train station.
Back at home I check email and consider the rest of the morning. Roughly 10am head out for a run and get set for the rest of the day................

Wake, bathroom, get newspaper while tea is steeping, read both local papers with good black tea,bathroom, put on the wife's coffee, physical therapy, bathroom, breakfast & then deal with the day.
