Bhutan. My rich friend goes there every other year. Its every where. Now just to find a good farmer and not ditch weed.

Burma. Oficially open for tourism finally.

WEst and central africa.

PNG. Weed hasnt been there that long but it sure has a reputation of being good.

Yemen, to search for the "missing link" between Asia & African strains

Iran, for the amazing variety of cultigens

Chechnya & Daghestan (well, the whole of Caucasus as a matter of fact.), also because lots & lots of cultigens.

Equatorial Africa (like Cameroon, Gabon), to get that jungle weed that is used by pygmies

Tanzania, to get them Hadzabe bushweed

Tuva & other places in Siberia for hardy hashplants

Yarkand & Kashgar, in search of historical hashplant genetics

Yunnan, lots & lots of cultigens too

Arunachal Pradesh, mostly unexplored, lots of weed-loving tribes (the whole of North-Eastern India is packed)

Nuristan, looking for Vavilov's C. kafiristanica

Issyk-kul lake shores, for some nice hashplant, and fabled Chu valley because it has to be seen !

South-West Bulgaria, valleys, where is said to grow some very potent wild sativa.

And many more...

Cartagena Colombia. Its very easy to get there (2hrs flight from Miami) and its VERY easy to score (and cheap). Go get that SMG that you crave from the past and have the time of your life at the same time!

Peace from Colombia!

como va eso? :)

Cartagena has beautiful beaches as well; and the highest litoral in the world, meaning the highest mountain (almost 6000mts) with its base in the ocean. actually this is in Santa Marta.

which brings me to the next point; Santa Marta is cool around the beaches and tourist places; now, going into the Sierra Nevada is tricky business, you need to be Apadrinado by someone somehow to go in and out safely; at least this was so at the end of '99 when I went up there with an Arhuaco Mamo, as I brought a few bird feathers from the venezuelan andes, since they collect these feathers from all over the world to do 'earth healing rituals' in sacred hidden lagoons, for the benefit of their 'little brothers', meaning us!

the Mamos are opposed to the selling of entheogens, but in favor of their use...

peace!

I wanna go to Ubeki-beki-beki-beki-stan-stan, and get whatever Herman Cain was smoking that gave him the delusion that he was remotely qualified to be US president. That was some powerful shit!

Hola bombadil.360 I would agree with you 100%, you don't want to go in to the "campo" here without some trusted local friends and even then it may be risky. However all can be had in the tourist towns like Cartagena and Santa Marta. People seem to fear Colombia but its really safe and fun, just don't play the fool. The Colombian "experince" is one not to be missed.

Peace from Colombia!

That's all great for single guys who have no kids.. and of course some of us can't get a passport anyway. You and a couple others who talked on other threads about smoking local Lumbo and it beeing full of seeds, still haven't answered as to why you won't just take a bunch of those seeds and get them out there. Not everyone can afford to come spend a bunch of money and be a tourist in your country on the hope they "might" find someone, and "oh btw, they could get killed too if they don't hook up with the right person cause gringo gonna' stick out like a sore thumb down there"

I understand you want to bring tourism to your country, but what you are suggesting is probably only possible for 2-3 folks reading these posts realistically.... so why won't you guys just send out some bagweed seed? I am sure you have a good legit reason, but it pretty much escapes us who aren't in the know...

I know I may be bumping up against some big posters here, hope I don't get banned or anything. Not really familiar with the rules but the question is just sitting there, like an 800 pound gorilla in the room... begging to be answered.

Ok here's another very interesting places in Colombia. The city of Ibagué has some pure landraces still being grown. I just meet some folks from there and they shared a little bud with me and told me that it was grown close to Ibagué. The bud was sweet fresh and rust colored with that distinct Colombian flavor & effect. The bad news was the bud I got was 100% sinsemilla but I was promised seeds if I wanted them. I plan on going to my new friends farm in Ibagué next year!
Peace from Colombia!

Ibagué is the capital of the department of Tolima in Colombia. It is situated 1,285 m (4,216 ft) above sea level, on the eastern slopes of the Cordillera Central between the Chipalo and Combeima rivers, tributaries of the Coello River. It is on the road from Bogotá to Cali near the high mountain pass known as "La Línea" ("The Line") which connects the interandean valleys of Magdalena and Cauca rivers; as a result, the city has become an important commercial center and road transport hub. The fertile surrounding countryside produces coffee, cacao, tobacco, sugarcane, and rice. Ibagué is widely regarded as the "Musical City of Colombia" due to its long tradition in offering advanced musical education and its rich schedule of musical events during the year.
