Doing a 10 hr smoke on a pork butt today!!!

It's almost shameful to say this with all of the good food in here, but those cajun crawtator chips are so ridiculously good. I can keep a bag of those for 2 days max.
Here's my guess on the dessert from Bobby:
The middle thing is chocolate, the whitish thing is icecream, the green blobs could be mint, basil, avocado...now what is the black stuff? Black rock candy, super dark chocolate, black liqourice, something savory? I feel like that presentation is telling me my time is up, or I'm late for something haha.
I made some bbq quail tamales with avocado cream sauce that looked a lot like the green stuff on the plate, but that little leaf is telling me...mint?.

Bogey that looks bomb. I could demolish a huge bowl of that for lunch right now. With some grilled chicken.
I make a slaw for fish tacos that has red and green cabbage, red bell pepper, jalapenos, cilantro, malt vinegar, mayo, sugar, salt and pepper. I use a LOT of cilantro for tacos, but cut that in half for eating on its own. sgood.

It was chocolate ganache, pistachio puree, dark chocolate "dirt", and some vanilla ice cream, there is also some mint gel.

Many of Us Grass smokers love a good cup of Coffee. We are Connoisseurs after all.
I came home to a package on the front step. I love finding packages. This one had 7 pounds of green unroasted coffee beans from around the world. Most are in the $7.00 range. They are all better then what we might get at starbucks
This coffee from Panama is some of the worlds best. I paid $28.30 for one pound, as there is a 1 LB limit.
Real good coffee has some common ground with great weed, when it comes to flavors.
