Keepin' It Super Simple(K.I.S.S stylee!)

hell yea, thanks guys! I'm still rocking everything the same. Had some magor fungus gnats suddenly, ate some root but hit them with tree and shrub so should be back and rolling pretty quick. I have some bud coming down this week tho, check it

yo kushed, taste and smell is off the charts. I have been flushing for 5-7 days but am thinking a little longer this round.

I flushed my last round for 2 weeks instead of 7 days & i'll tell ya first hand .. it made a big difference in the taste & harshness in the buds . i'm sold on a minimum of 2 weeks flush now . I am using coco so that might make a difference cuz your using RW . you might not need as long as i do . I can't flush with straight water ... i have to use a low EC flush so the coco doesn't go out of balance .
but either way ..... a nice long flush with this stuff is better imho !!

Is it me or do the buds appear small, skinny or compact not sure the word I'm looking for and the plants seem branchy when using Veg+Bloom.

I'm not 100% sold on it yet, I got a test sample and a 1lbs container but went back to my Floranova regimen after 5 days. The plants started taking on that lanky spindly look that I see posted as great looking plants so often. I think I need to do a whole run from seed rather than swapping a week into 12/12 and on a crop I don’t depend upon for a yield in case it turns out a light grow.
I'm not keen on the end results I’ve seen posted so far,, the Frost is pretty but detracts you from noticing there's not much bulk to them.

Hey Saran .... just with the experiance i've had with it ... yes it does make your plants stretch more than some nutes ... that i have experianced first hand . my 3 week stretch SSH with this stuff stretched well beyond 4 weeks & got outa hand cuz i wasn't expecting it . but the other thing i noticed was the bud set was faster to develop & was quite a bit larger than normal also . the one thing i'm not getting is the frost i used to get with other nutes & protekt . so i add powdered DE to my coco for the extra silica . But i'd say give a real time try before you come to any conclusions about the stretch & budset . use it on a strain you've gotten to know well with other nutes .... then come back & give your opinion on it .

Yooo back in the game !! freezing temps slowed my shit waaaaayyyy down.

dan I agree the stretch is strong but I like it! It shortens my veg time and my shit stacks up!

next batch of babies almost ready!

next round vegging and finally going in! had some cold ass nights here!

The fade... slowly tapering off the nutes is what you want. In dwc it's automatic when you stop adding nutes and just keep topping off with R/O water. Heavy feeders are good around 2 weeks... the light feeders can go as long as 3 weeks.

The denser the medium, the more it's going to hold nutes and the lower your feed strength is going to be during the fade. The last week should be plain water in mediums... there's still residual nutes in there to flush out. :)

(Edit: The fan leaves should have mainly fallen off and the sugar leaves should be yellow/gold/dead right up to the bud... just starting into the bud. Your buds should NOT be green at harvest... there shouldn't be any 'green' leaves on your plants at harvest time. HUGE difference in smoothness, taste, smell and effect. Glad you noticed :))

Stay Safe! :blowbubbles:

Mmm love me some blueberry. It can be a little sensitive to nutrients so you might want to keep a close eye on them. Can't wait to see the bud pics

you still rocking veg + bloom?? you and a few others sold me on it and its still working great on my end. i use the res for veg, flower, coco and rockwool lol. its been so simple and works great. thanks!
i keep my shit right around 1.8 ec and let her rip. my blumat res wouldnt drift at all but my ebb and grow buckets i start low and it raises up to 6.3 every week and i just adjust back down and top off. they seem to like it so far.

ya smoooth I hit like 2.3 for a day and no burn? I can't get the EC thing completely figured out. I ran the dairy queen at like 1.4 on my last run and everything was good but at 2.3 in week 1 they are screaming. I think the EC might be able to be higher in the first week or two?? mats are looking good and these caps keep the gnats out.
ya DH veg+Bloom by itself. I'm going for some additives this round after I've heard others getting weight with overdrive and hydroplex
