There are two 'theories' (snerk) being presented here:
1. Water can change an ion's electrical charge
2. Water can reach inside a plant and remove ions at will - good ones on the left, bad ones on the right
The 2nd is so steeped in ignorance it's not worthy of testing but the first one can be tested easily with a bucket of water and a couple of magnets from Walmart.
Fill bucket with water and drop in the 2 magnets stuck together and then take daily notes until the magnets are no longer 'magnets'
I'm definitely curious how this works

are we making wagers???? hehehe
like you said that would be some SPECIAL water... maybe it's from a glacier in alaska, and blessed by an eskimo medicine man??....

What would be the best way to accomplish the goals in the two theories I noted is to use my FIST Technology - Fixing Ionic Soil Trauma
The concept would be to build a hand-held device that you could point at the soil and zap those mean ol' ferts and nutes right out of there. Since this is currently being accomplished with just water how hard could it be to to it with sound waves perhaps?
Entry models could be named something like the FISTER-X/2000 which would only allow you to 'zap em all' and by the time you upgraded to the FISTER-X/10000 you could set it to remove specific ferts or nutes leaving the good ones behind as well as retaining the ppm levels you prefer for this one or that one!
Then float the concept over at KickStart.com - you'd need about $50 million so selling it beyond the indoor gardening hobby is paramount. Restaurant kitchens would really snap these up. Let's say that a big restaurant batches up their 'house soup' in 50 gallon steam-jacket cookers and a new member of the kitchen staff makes a mistake and adds too much salt (Sodium Chloride) and currently you have a a big batch of soup that cannot be served to the customers - "No soup for you!"
But with the FISTER-X/10000 you could just zap the Sodium Chloride out and start over!!! Or let's say that you're a drywall hanger and you have a new helper working with you one day and this fellow's previous employer wanted the mud to be wetter than you like it to be - just pull this device out and zap out the H2O to the level that you want helping your new employee to become more of an asset to your organization - turn that ol' frown upside down!
The final step in developing this technology of course would be to create an app and since you're familiar with Dragon Dictate 2.x you can see the real possibilities on this one. You could use your voice to accurately set the parameters for today's zapping session picking and choosing which ferts and nutes you need eliminated.
To tie this back to the flushing description, you could name your rooms something like Elimination Room 1, Elimination Room 2, and so on. Picking up a commode unit at Home Depot to sit and ponder while you're fixing your soil would be pretty apt on a number of levels wouldn't it?
LMAO

As ussual I think your on to something. I think you may be describing frequency water, . http://www.npk-industries.com/mighty_wash.php
AKA polarlized water

From the above link:
Zappicated (north polarized) Water
There is a new trend in treating drinking water, it is still in its experimental stage, but it is the birth of an exciting new science. Polarized water, also called zappicated water is changing the way some people are now treating their home tap water. Water is known to be a dipole with a polar charge, one end positive, the other negative, just like a magnet. Dr. Hulda Clark has published her findings that water will hold any frequency that it comes in direct contact with. Dr. Clark has written a lot about how north polarized water is healthy water with all its best qualities, and south polarized water or food is bad for us. She published a design for a simple device that has a little tray with a speaker inside. One just places food or water on the tray, turns on the circuit, and the speaker's magnet will north polarize the water. This way it's easy to be sure that one's water is polarized north. It is thought that water may come in contact with an electrical field during it's transport through metal pipes. If any of the frequencies are negative, or south pole along the way, our water source could be south. A few minutes on the north pole zappicator turns the water back to north.

The Bizarre Claims of Hulda Clark - the brain-trust behind Zappicated Water
"Dr." Clark actually put out better drivel than most grow book authors - quite a feat in and of itself
She would have benefited from my FISTER technology!!
"Grab your ankles, Honey!"
no, no! it can't be too much of ANY nutrient.
further if P was the cause this phenomenon would be well known ... cos sure as hell many people put excess P on their plants.
