The buzz is no slouch either. A fat rip of nug oil from it had me totally spun for a second.Now that there are more people growing this one how is everyone yielding? I'm hearing that she is actually pretty good grown large indoors since everything on the entire plant fills in top to bottom, like 10-12z off a 10gal good. This is the forum cut.

I don't want to offend Lump for speaking for him, but I know he runs at least the Forum cut. I'll let him chime in if he is running anything else.
I appreciate the kind comments coastal! GSC sure is a finicky bitch growing her though, at least for myself. I am down to the last portion of my GSC jar and find my self wanting to go for that jar the most. I hope once my mom turns back around I'll have more of her real soon. I took mine at 65 days exactly and she is one of the strongest in my stable, thats for sure. Its funny some people are talking about it giving them stimulatory effects. I am curious when those were taken? Mine puts me OUT for the night...as well as everyone else whom has smoked it. I try to restrict it to night smoke for that very reason, unless I am feining for that taste...yummmm.

I get the stimulatory effect, but most weed does that to me, I smoke some bubba kush n it have me up cleanin house n shit. I think weed jus effect folks different. I smoked some pure sativa sposta have me racen around and I was hella relaxed eyes low wit a cool body high.

I have the forum cut which is very similar to the thin mint cut but I can't confirm that (yet)
I also have two platinum gsc cuts...and I'm no longer convinced they are the same.
Platinum cut #1 is a really really slow veger with dark and mutated leaves. Extremely short nodes and crazy twisted looking stems a d strange fan leaves. Thus one I would is most similar to the ogkb cut.
Platinum cut #2 is the dhn platinum cut just like miscbrahs. This one is similar but nicer leaves, still slow but much faster than #1. No "twisting" stems and leaves aren't mutated like some on #1.
I have both the platinum cuts on a table so I should know more soon. Plus I hope to be able to try both norcals and miscbrahs cookies someday soon.

I wonder what is responsible for this leaf mutation characteristic and how it ties in with the Cherry Pie. The Cherry Pie I was running and wish I didn't lose had the exact leaf phenotype and it was the SLOWEST vegger in my garden while she was there, but made up for it in super tight, zig-zagged internodes and with much more apical meristem vertical growth then lateral meristem side growth.
so is there any consensus on what the DHN cut that Harborside has is? it was $50 now its $20. is it what everybody is calling Platinum now?
also I don't here much about Animal or new wave lately, is it possible that the DHN cut is either of them?

I finally finished my final side by side and this round is one of the best so far. Ended up having two trays of the OGKB and 2 of the forum. All i can say is Now I can Def see the differences between the two cuts.
The forum cut is super loud but in that OG kinda way. More skunky if anything. Tthe OGKB is super loud as well but the scent is pure cookie dough. I can def smell it in the forum cut as well but it's not nearly as pronounced as in the OGKB.
It's pretty crazy really . I love the forums bag appeal But then again the OGKB has this smell that's borderline intoxicating.
The thing is the forum doesn't really mellow out as far as smell goes (with a cure) it's like forever loud. The OGKB however ends up smelling bland after it sits around but when its fresh smells it's got this crazy unmistakeable cookie dough smell. these strains are clearly different. Both are absolute fire but both are dominant in different aspect of the terpene/parent spectrum.
it surprises me how similar the finished product Is as opposed to the way each plant grows.
The forum is tall and lanky and the OGKB has those mutated leaves and stacks like a purple/cherry pie plant. Yet both are very similar when finished. It even took me and a couple friends a while to sort through some hangers and get each cut sorted out after they were done drying.
Then again like prop says all this stuff is completely subjective.....I'm gonna wait till tomorrow and smoke a joint of each to see what I feel each cut is about as far as high/ taste goes.
I hate to say it but this will def be my last go with each cut for atleast a few months. At the moment I don't have enough clones so I'd rather wait this next round out until I can get the clone stock I need of each cut.
Like I always say you will never know what anything is until you flower her out.

ive told misc like 5 times he has some kill but its not the "thin mint" but he still continues to push that it is.. idc call it whatever u want i guess go hard.. the forum is FLAME AS HELL never denied that. but hell what do i know? lol.....
EDIT: not trying to flip any lid.. or make enemies.. IM NOT saying that my cut is superior.. just maybe.. just maybe.. its more thin minty.. lets just for now say my cut is more durban F1 dom where as i would guess the forum is maybe a bit more OG dom?.. so like what UP said its all subjective.. personally i feel like with my current logic i would actually prefer the forum as far as MY kind of buzz i prefer.. misc KILLED both the strains.. sorry i kinda jumped on his shit its juts easy for shit to get twisted when damn near everyone looks to this thread for cookie info.. and with so many "oh wait is the thin mint the forum" kinda questions coming up just trying to clarify it while its still pliable.. not trying to hate. personally ive heard samples people have got from the other folks that have the durbanf1 wasnt THAT impressive.. so maybe my theory that this was a keeper before they found the forum is POSSIBLY true.. its all fucking speculation but from what i know this makes the most sense to me..

both were hit with my Blowfish X UK cheese male...have lots of seeds to work with and just started popping them.
the picture is of the GSC #5 pheno....super medicine...excellent taste...smell.....and medical effect.
