I would check your humidity too man. I remember seeing leaves looking exactly like that when I first added a dehuy to one of my first rooms a long time ago. Put the dehuy on continuous and came back to shit like that. GL.

Cal/Mag is the likely culprit. Like all Diesels, she is a Cal/Mag whore. I use 2-4 ml per gal with RO water throughout the grow. But coco may be different than what you are doing... Leave a little bit of N in your soup during stretch (about 28-30 days). The next 2 weeks will blow your mind on the stretch with that girl...

Thanks guys..im pretty sure its the cal mag. I just upped my strength to 5 ml per gallon from 2. So will see if it does the trick. Yep back on botanicare. Arminius...im actually runnin the veg mix for the first 3 weeks...its gonna be a jungle...some the stems are super beefy....can't wait to see the buds! So far..humidity has been right around 50% just movin air..so could be higher but it will have to do.

Yeah Bro , Mr D and Arm nailed it bein classic cal/mag symptoms.....If you`ll go to the infirmary and look at "MynameisStitch`s" thread (I think that`s the nick).......

It shows how interveinal chlorosis/yellowing is classic mag deficiency signs , and then the brown rust spots show up as calcium probs and how it and magnesium go hand in hand once shit`s get`s a lil outta whack juice needs wise.....but.....

Easily fixed .... and get rid of all the affected foliage immediately if not sooner.....It`ll never get better and fall on the floor dead and crinkled for airborn pathogens to proliferate on if given the opportunity at a later date during bloomage......

A clean room is a safe room.......bet on it....now.....Feed them bitches and move on with life.....:moon:......

Holler.....Freds.......:ying:........

Can it be possible that 5ml per gallon of cal/mag is still not enough? I did that res change 2 days ago and upped the cal/mag, and removed all yellowing leaves. Today i have new yellowing (only on older large fans) the new growth is nice and light green.

Could this USD be that much of a whore?

Hadta run 7.5-10 ml per gal cal/mag with my clone only Chem D to satisfy her ass and yes..........

The Diesel family is known for it`s cal/mag needs , so up the doseage and see what happens.....

Guaranteed you`ll be happy or there`s something else happenin........

Has me thinking my 100ml of cal/mag per 30g is NOT enough...
@Freds What would be the tell tale sign of too much cal/mag?
I am about to do a couple of Chem D's Sister donuts. Didn't you run that cut back in the day?

Never ran Chem sister Arm , but you can bet yer ass she`s a cal/mag whore....it`s in her dna....and yeah.....

If yas`re runnin R/O you needta up the cal/mag to 150 ml per 30 gal IME Bro........When I went full fledged coco mix , I ran 1/2 tapwater and 1/2 R/O and STILL ran 5 ml per gal cal/mag ftw , and yet that whore ass Chem D needed more to be all she could be.....

Too much Botanicare Cal/Mag shows up as darker green foliage and no yellowing off in late flower due to the calcium "nitrate" keeping too much nitrogen in the mix......anyways....

FHC.....Waitin for that dialed sideways canopy Bro.....Git `er done.....

Peace....Freds....:ying:....

I find that my chem d crosses need more cal/mag then my diesels do. The chemd's are way more finicky.
The Chem D`s are in the Diesel family Icky...rather where the diesel`s came from , or so I`ve been told by very reliable old head sources...but......

Crosses and such haveta be dialed individually as you `ve witnessed firsthand...... and ALL the diesels I ever ran were finicky from the get as well , just some more than others depending on where they came from lineage wise.....

I have only run three diesels and three chemd crosses. Every one of the chemds freaked out in flower if not given more cal/mag. The diesels not every time just a few times.

Some hungry girls you got there pal! Hope the Cal/Mag deficiency clears up soon. I'm really envious of how neat and tidy your setup is!

I'm lucky with soil growing, I just add some ol' dolomite lime to the mix and I never see ph or cal/mag issues as a result.

if your still running that thing as an aero i might try reducing the total ppm level or leave it and see if they grow into the current level which could give you some insight for next time.

while i am thinking about it...you had mentioned the other day to me that you manually topping off the rez so you can watch how much the water is drinking...

one thing to think about is if your plants drink alot of water and not that much nutes..your ppm/ec can rise drastically.. can be a bigger problem in the summer

in my old system i used to do the thing you said about monitoring the addback and doing a rez change after the volume had been replaced...but the rez for those systems only held 8 gallon some days they would need 2gal in the morn and again at night...i didnt have a ppm pen, but when they are drinking 25% of the volume of the rez there is no telling where the ec or even ph is going...if u are adding 25% back in plain water the ppm is gonna be more watered down than before you topped it off at the very least

once i added floats to them i never looked back!!! i started seeing less signs of deficiencies or toxicity..and had overall healthier plants because the float kept the levels constant and changes to the ppm or ph were suttle, which is a very good thing in a recirculating rez

also topoffs and addback were a majority of my work...around $20-25 to setup with its own shutoff valve, and have a lifetime of never having to top off again

just something to think about

so you have a ppm pen ?

Good point Gmax, And i know this. But...im a lazy stoner, and that has been on my to do list for over a year now...lol One of these days im gonna mount a second res above my main res with a feed line filled with ph perfect plant juice..

soo much to do and so little time....:tiphat:

Right now im trying to plan my attack about how im gonna trim and train this beast iv'e got going here in flower (USD).

Its a jungle..and im kinda scared to go in there....I might not get out!

i had it on my to do list forever too

but i am telling you... you wont now how you lived your life before....the float allows you to be a lazy stoner...trust me

having only 1 or 2 rezs wouldnt be that bad, but i have a bunch of individual rezs...once i bought one i couldnt get enough of them...everything in my grow that needs addbacks has a float (15 total) and once i put them on it freed up soooo much of my time
