Bringing Cush Back!

All the girls are packed up and in their hiding spots. The equipment wasn't that hard to take down, except the mass amount of elbow grease to get the Goo Gone to work.

There are so many layers of paint from over the years, a new closet door doesn't fit, which makes me question the size of my old door. But I don't think they make doors that are 23.5 inches instead of 24 inches. Appraiser is going to have ot live with the closet door of the hinges.

Now I just have to wait.

This brought to light my need for a better way to get the door light proof.

Easiest thing to do is shave the door down to fit as long as its not a hollow core door. If it is, Im afraid the only thing to do is start scraping paint. But, seeing as how youre renting, thats a lot of work.

It is hollow core ^_^ but in the end, I'm forfeiting my deposit so I could care less about some stupid 20$ door.

Sad that I went through all the trouble of getting a nice new door for nothing, but better safe than sorry.

The girls look PISSED OFF. They've handled worse.

Everything is back online except the timer. Going to give the girls 2 weeks of 14/10 to get them back on track.

Currently under the HPS again at 50%, forgot to switch it to 100% from the other day when I was dismantling. No more home made table, and new light/airflow.

Just need to put up the weather stripping, PROPERLY, and then make my GHETTO carbon filter ^_^

Lyryc out! (after a few bowlz of this FIRE blue dream a friend passed along with news of my troubles)

Glad you are back up and running. Hate having to take everything down just to put it right back up again.

Thanks guys.

Everything is in place except wiring. Turning the lights off for an hour later to put the wires out of the way.

Now I just need to get the ghetto carbon filter going and get back in the groove/mood of it all.

Went through a few phases of just pure lazy carelessness with the garden. Just did not care, kinda feel that way again, like fuck this shit, but with the door light proof i'll be back in full swing.

Current plan is to start 14/10 tonight. Lights off at the regular time and back on at the regular time. Also reducing nutrients since I lollipopped hardcore and I fed before everyone went into storage and see some burn on the lower leaves on the bigger plants that were getting 12ml of base. Reducing to 8ml.

Whens the best time to water your plants? Would it be right before the lights turn on? turn off? when ever? Who gives a shit? haha

Depending on how fast the girls bounce back will determine the flowering onset timing. Right now I'm feeling 2 weeks of 14/10 and I should have a mini jungle again.

can't wait to save money on my medicine

Thanks for stopping by everyone!

Well... The worst possible time to ever water a plant is right before you stick it in a small box!
Hopefully you dont end up with PM or something terrible like that!
The longer these plants veg the more likely they are to not make it into flower!
HOLY SHIT! 2 more weeks of this? The fucking torture! I thought GC was a fast strain!

Wasn't a small box, lemme tell you that. Also I didn't give it to them right before them went into storage. Actually 8 hours prior to storage.

Whats PM?

And the plants can veg forever aslong as you maintain everything, especially the medium. 2 weeks to recuperate so that I don't get little stressed out buds that do me no good, seems like nothing.

What do you advise since to you i'm not doing things "correctly"...

T

TribalSeeds

Grow some bud homie!!!
PM= powdery mildew. You dont want to keep a moist pot inside a confined compartment. Thats why we run exhaust and dehumidifiers... to keep air circulating.
Its best to water right when the lights are going on so the medium isnt too damp during the dark cycle.

Man your tripping, no PM here ever. My girls too strong for that crap. Plus I don't have pots, simply rockwool cubes :)

I really want to flower but I'm not going to be a retard and just throw them into flower after such stressful days. If you want me to flower, you can imagine how bad I want too.

Off to homedepot for light proofing round 2!

TribalSeeds

Holyshit! Vegged for half a year in cubes?
Youre right... Im trippin!
Flower soon please!

These bitches aint playin!

doubled up on internodes within 2 days. The spacing is also very TIGHT ;)

Just supercropped everyone, even the seedlings.

the seedlings smell very different from the cush. Cush is sweet and fruity while the seedlings smell like pine, not earthy earthy.

My fingers have never been so sticky and sweet smelling from supercropping before. Is this another sign for a newbie that the plants are ready for flower?

I will begin flowering on the 26th.

Time to get Serious

Time to get Serious

Alright everyone, thanks for joining me this far.

Tomorrow beings a new journey, flowering!

Created my "ghetto custom" carbon filter that really needs stronger fans. Anyone have a 6inch inline lying around?

Few changes to the room. No more table, it was awkward and unnecessary. Changed the light positioning to increase efficiency of everything.

Not dropping a screen, I need to move things around.

Finished light proofing everything the best I can with whats available. The only light leak I have is a sliver on the floor between the cords that leave the closet between the door/everything. Also I'll have to maintain the weatherstripping for light proofing because sometimes it moves out of place from the pressure applied by the door/door jam. Just today I had to add a piece because the adhesive/weatherstrip have shifted from pressure.
I feel this will be an on going battle to ensure optimal darkness for the girls.

Apart from needing a stronger 6inch inline fan, I will soon need to renew my damned card from the health department. . . always a drag to go to social services :(

Pictures will come when Motivation arises.

I have pictures of the girls before I rendered them naked aka lollipopped earlier this week and I will post pictures later of their come back for comparison.

Broke a bunch of stalks recently and only 1 survived, it was the only 1 I didn't duct tape or care about, Just wanted to see what would happen naturally... next time I'm letting nature be the judge of what must be done.

Last supercropping session done on the 23rd. From now on its pure nutrients, and environment.

Can't wait to recharge the medium with beneficials.

Now lets hope that the chunky thick carbon filter I made will let the air exhaust enough to cool my light/ the closet. More time needed to observe the system.

ciao

Flower em out buddy, other wise they are going to be HUUGe.

I know its too late, and I'm only telling u this to help, not hate.

Next time, spend more money on equipment, and less on nutrients.

You can grow with just kool bloom ! , or try the 6/9 2 part gh.

Anyways I wish you the best of luck. Gc is a great strain. Keep your mota-vation up

Shes a beast alright! Is that the 1 that got brown stemmed as a seedling? Damn! Some them bitches are getting a lil long in the tooth. Looking forward to see them 'all gussied up' - maybe theyll be a bunch of smokin milfs.

Guess who has some OG kush!!!! :yay::whee::woohoo:

Seed source was over today and advised that the seedlings are OG Kush. (jaw dropped)

Still not completely 100% till actual flowers, but he flat out said "oh wow, looks like I gave you the OG Kush"

Dats what I'm talking about!

How long into flowering till I can tell the sex on those damned seedlings?

I swear they all look female, but I'm not sure if they are exposing sex or if all Marijuana has those traits in that stage.

Some pictures to help with the dilemma.

Picture 1: Nice Green Crack Top, you can see white hairs which have been around for quite a while now.

Picture 2 : New setup, layout. Much easier to work with.

Picture 3 and 4 : largest seedling, those hairs are not crossing, their spreading like some loooooseeee... yeee haw!

Hoping I got some OG Kush Girls.

Thanks for dropping by everyone!

No that super tall girl is some cush, but thats how naked i got those girls, they were fucking bushes, I would of had tons and tons of small nugs, I just want one or two fat ass colas per plant and im happy.

Really into quality over quantity.

When the lights are on ill take more pictures and of the brown stem seedling.

I have 3 completely untouched bushes of green crack, flowering those in coco with veg + bloom nutrients to try their shit out. Right now I have to say i thought AN was easy, but V+B is mindlessly easy, a fawking robot could do it.

I'll take a picture comparison for you guys on the bushes, verse the lollipops.

First up, the brown stemmed seedling. Not as large as the other seedlings.

Then a Seedling Supercrop, WOAH! I was shocked to see those the other day.

Overhead shot of the seedlings

Only 1 leaf with a weird deficiency look but I could careless, just documenting and sharing.
