My plants are sick :(

...feel like there is something else wrong?

Agreed. I would suspect a leaf pathogen (bacteria/mold/fungus). Don't know which one, you might need to do some research.

And has the dead material reached the bud? Looks like grey dead plant material extending to bud, which would indicate a mold problem.

EMERGENCY

EMERGENCY

It looks to me like some of the buds have been effected. I took a picture of what may be some mold. The stems are also starting to look like the picture and I'm getting really worried. Also if you have any places you would like me to get pictures of please let me know.

What can I do right now to fix this problem? I will take all the plants out and clean everything with bleach and water and replace the water in the reservoir. What else I should do?

Just got a RH meter. It's reading 35% right now and went up to a high of 48% last night. I trimmed off all the dead leaves and am about to clean the entire setup with bleach.

I suggest you start a new thread with fungus/mold problem in the title.

Next, you are going to need some sort of fungicide and since your in couple weeks of flower, your choices are limited, but here's some ideas:

1. Streptomyces lydicus (strain WYEC 108) aka Actinovate is an OMRI and safe but not that effective on existing if well established.
2. Bacillus subtilis (strain QST 713) aka Serenade is similar to above...
3. Sulfur burners awesome if you can handle the stink
4. Sulfur sprays are good as long as you haven't used any oil based (neem, rosemary i.e. SNS 217, etc) products in past 4 wks.
5. Oils, mostly rosemary or neem (i.e. Ed's Zero Tolerance for fungus, SNS makes one, Neem oil, etc...)
6. CHLOROTHALONIL aka Bravo, used on tobacco, grapes and veggies.
6. Other chemical based, which can be found at hardware/garden stores. Careful tho...

Well after cleaning my grow box and having my entire flooded tube fall on the floor, I found two spots that looked like mold but turned out to be fiberglass insulation from the tube I use to get fresh air from the window.

Typically the mold would start on a surface which will provide a "food source", i.e. cellulose or say on your plant's leaves etc. This is typically addressed by spraying the plant and not so much cleaning the inside of the growth chambers, reservoirs, etc. Now if you have root rot, sometimes caused by pythium, then yes, a thorough cleaning of the system is warranted.

Keep a sharp eye on the roots and the leaves. On the roots make sure they dont get brown and mushy or smell bad. On the plant make sure you dont get black or grey spots that over take the entire leaf. Nute defs will often cause necrotic spotting on leaf or leaf margins but dont overtake too quickly and usually remain more brown/rust in color. But dont confuse w actual rust type fungus. BTW, you can see how the rust fungus growth and nute defs differ under a good lope.
