Here in CO humidity is pretty nonexistant and temps certainly typically get colder. My girls don't seem to mind. Would they be doing better with a heater and humidifier in there? Probably. I just think that they get used to a certain set of parameters and just go with it. Yours will be fine.

if they are moist and droopy, let em dry a bit and they'll perk up.

65 degrees is ok for a flowering room imo (gets way colder than that out in the woods), especially if it's during the dark. my swings are from 65 to 77-79. rh never gets above 50% here in the room with the a/c running. outside the house is almost the same as where you are.

hey brother if there is only a few causes of droopy plants osmosis plants are improperly breathing.
Medium being to wet is another one , root bound, and not enough RH with real low RH
i would suggest bring it up your RH you will see a change within a hr
i herd you say your in coco ????? i light flush with Cal , mag can also do the trick that is if you think your medium is staying a little wetter then usual

cheers Doc

Yeah, Doc if the most likely answer tends to be most conclusive then I would have to say that RH is the only factor Ive noticed drastically change, as today has been the lowest its ever been.. I still dont like the 15 degree difference between day/night time.. I gotta get a humidifier tomorrow, got everything else, I just couldnt deal with anymore people today..

As for the coco, Ive never had overwatering issues before, so I wanna say that shouldnt be the issue..

Part of my problem is the ventilation system is built around moving alot of air, so I bank on the conditions in my home to control the room, and right now its a little dry.. Itll work itself out..

You could see about hooking up a humidifier to your central ac. I had the same problem with low RH 35-40 and 60 degree nights maybe worst when winter hit so I disconnected a heat vent that was going upstairs and directed it to my plants and wrapped a towel around my cold air intake then put it in a bucket of water it slowed the cold air and pull moisture into the house along with two deep trays beside my fan under the light with towels tied to my pots for maximum evaporation. I had totally purple stems curled under drooping leaves to now leaves reaching for the sky and the purple stems are gone they are growing like weeds again.
I did buy a humidifier but it only added 5% rh the towels added 10 15% rh so now I'm at 55 60 rh it has made a huge difference along with increased night and day temps.
You might look at slowing down your exhaust or have it on a thermostat.

Im with ya on that BB, Got a grozone tv2 fan controller overnighted, so tomorrow the over ventilation should be taken care of, Just gonna throw a humidifier in the room with em and see how that works, I got a space heater with a thermostat to control night time temps.

Ill get it dialed eventually, lol, new setup, just gotta work out the bugs..

Im such an idiot.....

My droopy leaves are a ph issue.. I thought it might be a tad high.. getting some twisting leaves along with the droopy ones and this is a classic K lockout from ph.. Only on the bubba, the chemD is just lacking some N... Figures, I got this bubba in shit condition and have been correcting her since...

Funny, Ive had some of these strains for 3 years and never ran them myself... Time to figure them out I guess..

I noticed that temps couldnt be the issue, all my sativas are balling out, and they love warm weather.... so yeah...

You have to be careful with space heaters not just fire risk but if it is a regular heater it glows red at night it could hermie or stop budding your plants the only ones you should use are oil filled rads they are the most efficient they don't run as much and if you put a fan running through it it work much better just tape over any lights that may be on the heater temps are much more important than humidity.

As you can see the benefits of defoliation this plant would be a spindly low yielder otherwise my earlier problems with low temps and humidity caused the leaf curl and purple stems because they couldn't use the nitrogen it was to much for the atmosphere now they have fresh soil with more nitrogen but love it got just the tinniest tip burn with just water for two weeks since transplant and the 1000 watt 7200k MH so like you I had to fix my area my slower growth had nothing to do with defoliation but haters got to hate this was from last week I have spread the plant out it will produce some fine bud and probably quite a bit definitely much more than if not defoliated.

How do you like my shield?

Yeah, im holding off on the heater for now... Just fed my gals at a lower ph, gonna monitor for changes throughout the day.. Just filled out a couple of pages of notes on what Im doing.. I never remember shit...

I like what youve built, what supports it? how are your temps?

Here`s the thing about lower lights off temps creating problems if they continue......although 65`s not that tragic.....

What happens is that being in raised containers on the floor compared to being in the ground where pot originated with built in insulation from mother earth is......

Rootmasses get chilled and metabolism slows down , and THAT can compound all kinds of problems if the plants aren`t cycling out , suckin their juice , "using" it , and transpiring efficiently during lights on AND lights off..........

I`ve said it till I`m blue in the face.....Dial environment first with proper watts per sq ft and you`re golden......and I know you know this JB , I`m preachin this to all the folks readin this thread......

You know the drill...Slack off on the bitches and they`ll turn on yas..guaranteed.......That`s why I always monocropped from the get with all strains in their own rooms so I could dial each`s needs and requirements......

Once the sweet spot is found it`s........simple..babyshit..and they all but grow their damn selves.....after all.....

Get ta work Bro......You know what the deal is......

Peace....Freds...

hear that DHF.

Yeah, being a strain whore is great until feeding time... Gonna get that day/night difference within 8f if I can, should keep em happy.. Just gonna flush em today and hit em with perfectly balanced nutes.. get em back on track..

DHF, something else I was thinking about, since Im at 75w per sq ft, I may need to feed higher... Im usually closer to 50w and my feeding schedule never let me down... I got the temps where I want em, but maybe I should open up my space.. Ill still be over 50w per sq ft, Ill throw up some foam panels to angle the corners... I think Ill do that tomorrow, I dont have time to learn nutes on 75w at this point, plus I can rule out some other shit I was thinking...

My temps still gets down to 65 It is way below freezing outside I'm growing in the basement but the heat comes on regular bringing it up to more than 90 for about ten minutes blowing down right between the plants keeping the roots constantly warm like DF was saying they hold the heat it eliminated the purpling and some lockout they are off the concrete. It was much lower before I moved the vent to bring heat to the room it is a large room so I'm not going to turn on my heater till I make a small room with a veg area so they could share the heat with a heat vent to the room and the exhaust will be on a thermostat with my radiator to keep everything perfect without wasting much power.

The bubble wrap reflex is awesome a hood and walls all for 25 bucks it is some other brand but is equal it pays to shop around it would have cost me more than 75 at home depot they want 47.00 for a 10' x 4' what a ripoff I did find some 4'x8' x 3/4" and 1" Styrofoam for 11 buck with a good reflective side and plastic on the other side for future projects. I bought 15' x 4' from a roll at another store no patching pieces together or buying more than I needed for 25.00. I rolled it around my plants folded the first corner then the next and so on there was a natural fold a foot down so it was perfect after some measuring to make everything perfect the corners are held by clamps I will buy some office paper clamps they are smaller and better. It stands up on its own but I tied it up for safety I will run some eye hooks from my rafters to raise it up with four ropes to the corners tied to a central point so it can be raised easily. I will make a frame around the top for safety and fold the bottom 6-8 inches like the top to reflect the light up and add some structure It needs to be raised soon.
I haven't seen anything like it and can't think of any better way to contain and reflect the light from the top down sides and bottom with perfect airflow open bottom and top and the perfect distance for maximum reflection. I can reconfigured to any shape I want even octagonal or as many sides as I need for the number of plants I will have in my doughnut just a matter of folding the top in equal parts and the bottom for strength and any light that wants to escape gets sent up or down the top really sends tons more light to the tops of the plants.
After I get it all set up proper I'll make a thread about it as well as my oversize beer can adjust a wing reflector for cfls or small HID's.
You might think about doing something similar to reflect more light to your tops you won't believe how much it helps.

Ok, so I fed em, observed, and shit is getting worse... Not as bad as I a making it out to be, but they arent growing at full capacity.. What is weird is my sativa dom and snowdawg are unaffected but they are also a lot smaller than the rest outa way of the intense light and Im wondering if low RH with 75w per sq ft might be an issue since the bigger plants are fucked up but also getting hammered with too much light or something..., while my chemd and bubba are clawing up on me and I cant figure out why.. Its got to be a humidity issue, they havent seen above 30% in 3 days and its the only factor that has changed... My ph cant be off that bad, Ive corrected it and still the same shit.. My chemd is yellowing off like a champ, clawing, and I just blasted her with nutes and nothing, no green coming back at all... Def not over feeding here, something else is going on...

Sounds like a combination of high wpsf and low humidity. Your plants aren't transpiring like normal because of the low humidity. Low water uptake at the roots/evaporation is causing nutes to concentrate in the media, hence the claw and yellowing. Fix your humidity and everything else will fall in place. I'd suggest you check your runoff, though that might be back in line with the latest flush.

MisterD, my gut is telling me just that.. Low RH, intense light... Shitty transpiration rates..

This wont be an issue come tomorrow.. I dont do "shitty growth"...

Ill keep ya guys posted.. I didnt check my runoff.. Ill check it again in the morning.. I mighta fucked up by going from a 1/2 gallon to a 3 gallon container on the chemd, Ive seen this shit before in plants with root rot, but Im running caps bennies, so I cant see that...

On top of this my wife is harassing me about putting up curtains.. WTF.. I cant think about anything but my shitty growing plants right now and she wants to deal with curtains...

Are these the plants that you actually skinned ?????? i am seriously guessing its got more to do with whats going on in your medium with low RH and high temps plants being 90 percent water will lose it quicker your in Coco so and its staying longer wet i think you mentioned ????
that to me is osmosis issues plants is releasing more water then it is taking up
not sure on amount of ppm your flushing with but i think its still to high just plain water brother
Think of it this way BLOCKAGE LOL or to much weight of fluid in medium equal it out and things will come back
if plant does not get enough water, then the cells may become Plasmolysed and the plants will wilt
but my honest guess is Root bound if you can lift plant out of pot and look at roots
