just saying the crew cut actually smells like deep musky earthy chocolate thin mints.. very loud. I've already posted a pic Of it in flower PS: it looks to yield A considerable amount more. ROCK HARD buds.

I just gave abja about 5-7 grams of the OGKB. Im sure He's got some nugs of his own of the forum cut so I'll let him be the first to elaborate on the differences between the two If he wants.

if the "forum cut" has NO thin mint flavor.... can we stop calling it GSC, i trust krunchbubble... if he says its not choco-minty girlscoutcookies then what is it? not the "GSC" everyone is trying to get their hands on, so it shouldnt be confused w what they ARE looking for, that DOES smell like thin mint choco minty-ness

I don't know about chocolate but I can smell a minty, menthol type smell on the forum cut. It is universally accepted as legit cookies everywhere I've brought it so far. So I won't stop calling it cookies but I would differentiate it from other cuts by calling it the forum cut.

So we have...

1. The forum cut
2. The ogkb cut, which may or may not be the same as platinum
3. The animal I've had is VERY similar to the forum cut as well but from the pics I've seen it's clearly a larger yielder but looks identical (just larger)

I think no matter what cut you got it is something special. I say do your best to collect all 3 and decide for yourself

Every grower comes out with a different result with the same cut. So it is no surprise to me that others are getting different smells and pretty significant different looks from one grower to the other. This is typical with just about any strain imo.

Triangle kush, Larry og, Tahoe og, fire og, Louis xiii og are all different cuts and are all considered og. Different smells but similar at the same time, all accepted.as legit og by any dispensary.

Yeah no point in adding to the confusion. I'd say keep them the same name pretty much based on exactly what lump said. If the clubs didn't like both then they wouldn't be paying the tickets they do for both.

Does it smell exactly like a box of freshly opened thin mint cookies NO, but some including myself have had batches that I'd consider an intricate blend of smells; and minty can be identified. I believe a lot of it has to do with curing though...it's in such high demand it's gone as soon as it can dry. The complexity of the nose definitely has much to do with a cure, but that's not something new. Anyways I think the "minty chocolate" is a stretch, but with the durban providing a sharp astringent anise smell, I could see how mixed with a deep funk kush some could create a placebo creamychocolatemintness smell as a connection in their brain.

gsc is not one of those strains that is great as soon as dried. smells better, smokes better, with better effects with a cure. i do get a slight mint/menthol from teh forum cut along with a hint of og and dark floral.

i personally am kinda digging my cookie cut...yeah small looking but it look's/feel's solid..im almost finished w/ mine but yes a nice cure should do it....kinda getting that burnt cookie smell in my fourm cut...dunno....thanks holmes

My "forum cut" has the anise thin mint-like smell after curing..

the essence of kush, plus hashy minty musk is what Im getting off the 'forum cut'. I personally think the smell is devine however you may describe it and the plant is super dank and something special. I also think the forum cut is a ringer for the real thing/s1 but that is purely personal speculation.

They do say wine and weed go hand in hand..... And LOL I put this on everything my friend knows the partner to Gary danko. I Ran into him at my friends work and got introduced. I asked him about possibly hosting a dinner there but Didnt tell him it was for a weed convention or anything LOL. He just said to let my friend know and it shouldn't be a problem accommodating the party.
