I just harvested my one and only sativa and she is perfect.

Wonderful season this year to be sure. Nothing on the scale of your adventure.

So tell the tale of the trimmers...horror/humorous/ dangerous??? Inquiring minds gotta know.

I almost did not start these Thai seeds because of how long I thought they would go.

I let my G13 x Amnesia Haze out til nov 28 last year!
I dumped that strain before I harvested it.

I just got a cut of the vanilla kush. It came from clear lake farmers market The plants it came off of are budding now and looks sativa dominate to me.

My NYCD X BUBBA KUSH in my backyard is over 18' tall and STILL finishing lol....hopefully we chop in another week!

The BS got so high on the hill this year it was taller than the plants.

This one trimmer leaves. He is suppost to come back in 2 days shows up 5 days later with another guy. This guy gives me the creeps. After a shift were passing the spliff and this guy wont toke, we razz him. He responds "you got some crack? Ill smoke some crack with you if you got it." we were waiting for the punch line to the joke but it was no joke.

The next day I fired the crack head and the dude that brought him.

and yes disgruntled trimmers are the most likely to become rippers....gotta give the ones that leave a severance package like some hash or free nugs to keep them happy..and letting them see the .45 on your hip

As soon as you mix weed and guns, you fall into a different category of grower. Nothing ever gained by having firearms except more years on your mandatory min, imho of course

Jointed one, I agreed with your point of view for many years. Until my friend got robbed at gunpoint for his legal OMMP crop, shortly after that IO made some drastically different decisions.

Our local sheriff expects rural growers to be armed, as long as you are obeying the law with it, its ok. I dont know how you could feel safe with a big outdoor and no protection, if you called the cops it will take over 30 minutes minimum for them to respond, more if youre super deep in the mountain. no gun = no sleep.

Crazy trimmers have been commonplace this year it seems. Its not the safest, but thats why I take all my stuff down the hill to get trimmed. better than exposing my spot.

Guns are more important then some plants not to mention legal... The second ammendmend should come first as many fought and died for it. If I didn't feel comfortable mixing the two, I'd get rid of the plants without thinking twice.

Security is fine.
Those guys are idiots, They could not even get back to the trim spot if i left the gates open.

None of them are disgruntled, I take good care of my workers. Even if they are a crack head.

I have 0 tolerance for drama.

Actually this is where many so so called "growers" get it wrong. Possession of any firearm while in the act of committing a crime is illegal, 215 or not. If your accused of any drug related crime and have a gun while doing so, it doesnt matter if the gun is legally registered or not, its automatically illegal once you start to manufacture cannabis.

But hey keep on toting guns around belt at your trim scene, takes the heat off me and my friends lol

What was the record? Total weight or amount trimmed is said time?

Last year I had a much better harvest than this year quantity wise, but it took me 6 weeks of non stop trimming of my wife and I and up to three others. I only had around 20 elbows. Can't imagine who you hired as trimmers, Edward Scissor Hands? That seems super duper fast!
