ideas needed 60'x14'x9' space

Ive got this space, its 60'x14'x9'

This is what im thinking of, but i thought i would get some feedback from all of you here.

2 flowering rooms run on flip flops (8kw each room)
veg room (4kw)
mother/clone area
office with drying closet?

i would like to run a 48 site ebb & grow system in each room.
minisplit ac
dehu
i am thinking about cge with co2 enrichment

just havnt nailed down what the final layout will be. share your ideas please

Sorry, i wasnt very clear in what i was asking.

I meant i was unsure of what my final layout will be.

Should i have two long and skinny flowering rooms? something like 32'x6.5'. or should they be more square? something like 16x11

Are you going to use light movers or not?

3 rooms equal size. Flower rooms on the outside and a veg/trim/water room in the middle. Flip-flop the rooms if you like. If you're not super concerned about keeping different temps/humidity levels throughout the grow, use the middle room as a "lung" and you can cut out a lot of expense in equipment. Use Gavita Pro1000DE systems since you have the height to do do... just installed 8 of them in my 13x18x10 flower and they have been nothing short of miraculous. Very economical as well.

Here we are at day 25... temperature control is 100% handled by ventilation alone.



This room was built (including actual construction of this room inside of a larger structure) for about 12k. There is a 12x18 veg/trim/water room as well.

those spinning arm lights look like a great way to burn the house down. i read the comments on and someone stated that spinning electrical shit can f with your serotin levels.
