oh right! the season is finished for me... learned a lot here and are happy with the result, enough for personal stash for the winter times at least and seeds for next year:) pic will come soon!

Next year i would like to grow some plants also just for sensimilla and after have tried sowing close Together and transplanting larger plants outdoors with large spacing, I will definitely to the last for sensimilla hehe. Will continue to the the closetogther method for seeds, since its one ok method, basically sow and harvest, and what to breed with a large genetic pool as possibel.

actually i forget to count how many it was at harvest per square meter:p was way too tired for harvesting....

Does anybody here have experience with sowing seed in late autumn??

They will overwinter and eventually start with growing in spring. Its the way of the nature.

I let a few small seeded plants die outside in their containers a few years ago after I had snipped off most of the buds in the fall. The few small buds I left on the plant were loaded with seeds and eventually rotted off the stem and fell to the soil below.

Over the winter they were covered with 6' of snow for around 5 months and when the snow started to melt and there was only an inch of snow left on the ground I started to notice small seedlings poking up through the snow! They kept growing through several more snow storms and constant fluctuating tempuratures well below freezing.

It's indeed possible to sow seeds in late Autumn but I think seed maturity, final frost etc would affect the germination time and rate.

On another note, I've sown un-germinated seeds directly into the ground in early May well before the last snow or final frost and had nice healthy plants sprout up, much stronger than a clone.

some of the pics show some plants thats already dead for some time ago, all that is males. Nearly any mold on any of the girls, had to throw away not more than 2g.

Some of the plants didnt finish properly, but got seeds on almost everything. Look forward to see how the plants wil perform this season. Any progress to being acclimated? 4 generation in this country now. That I know of...
