Interesting to see they used Sunmaster ballasts, not the cheapest, but less likely to burn the house down than cheaper ballasts ?

Why such small pots, and why have they squashed the shades flat ?

Given the flat squashed shades are suspended on strings, they have done a decent job of getting them all horizontal and in a straight line.

Amazed to see windows covered with just Black & White, that will get you your door kicked in by rippers or pigs sooner or later.

im sure something happened most people dont leave the housel ike that... they could have went to jail deported or just said fuck it they have fake names and we just made 400k well buy the 10k worth of equipment next time... lol

Landlord i know fixed the holes and cosmetic damage he found at little cost , but the electric was over two grand to repair , they had hacked into live feed below the meter , and overloaded existing ring mains melting wires.

His insurance was not honoured as he had not inspected the property for over six months , now its in the rental agreement that he inspects every three months , police told him he could be implicated in any commercial grow discovered if he did not , putting pressure on landlords to work for them , in effect , or risk financial investigation and haveing to prove their innocence.

Dont know if its standard practice now , but its Warks police version at least.

You can get the box fans,sunmaster light kits,the whole kit'n'kaboodle second-hand from the shop in cheshunt thats selling used hydro gear,knocks a chunk of a decent sized grows start up costs

As an electrician it allways amazes me how people can guess the loadings like that and it dosent burn down....seen quite a few fires over the years
